I placed my order online and received it very quickly. A+ on shipping I have had this computer for 4 weeks now and it has done everything I needed a computer for. I use it daily for over 12 hours a day. BUT, I didn't try to use the DVD/CD drive until yesterday and It didn't work. I spent the entire morning speaking with Acer Techs to solve the problem. I was able to fix it, but spending a day trying to get something to work that should have worked from day one is frustrating. Even tho I had this inconvenience, I still would recommend Best Buy and this computer to friends and family

It was ok so far I got this. It didn't automatic save my password when I had downloaded the Trend Micro. I had to sign in password when log on.

I am very happy with this computer. It works great and has updated Windows with plenty of memory for my needs. Browsing is fast and streaming works great. It is compact, so it doesn't take up a lot of space. The only thing I don't like is the keyboard, it has the laptop style (flat/compact) and I prefer the desktop style with raised keys. That is, of course, a personal preference and has no impact on how the computer functions.

Had some minor issues at first, but after working with Microsoft and Acer everything is great now and I'm a satisfied customer.

I bought this for son for christmas and he loves it.

Bought this for my 73 year old mother who is terrified of computers. She swears if she touches one it will break and be unrepairable. She loves this computer. She is emailing and window shopping so far. She is still afraid of the camera for Skype, but she will get there. Everyone who helps her with it is jealous, including me. I want one! It is fast and I love the operating system.

This is a great computer for basic computing. I wouldn't buy this if you want to use it for gaming, video editing, etc. It starts up within 20-30 seconds which is really nice. Like the other reviewer, it was previously advertised that this had a touch screen. I was a bit disappointed after discovering that it does not have one, but then realized that I would never use it anyway. For the price, it packs a punch with speed and features.

Overall I was pleased with the value the computer represented. Nice size screen, good number of connections (usb, ethernet, wireless, etc.) and the inclusion of a CD/DVD RW drive. However there was one flaw I couldn't overlook. A bad pixel in the middle top third of the screen, It remained fully lit at all times. When the screen was dark it was like the north star in the evening sky. Also there is no monitor stand or feet to speak of. The monitor sits very low on the desk and the keyboard partially blocks the bottom of the screen. Due to those issues, I returned the computer.

I use these as tax prep computers in my office. they look professional and sleek and are perfect for my needs.

I would recommend this all in one computer it is good and I am satisfied.

This is a great machine for the basic user. We Havnt tried to really push the limits of its capability, but for web, email etc it's great. The form factor is very cool and sleek. Have had no issues.

Gave it as a gift to my parents, they love it, so far so good

The All in one computer is fine but not without problems at times. It seems every day, there is "something." I am not able to use my password to log in, I have to restart each time, doesn't seem a thing I should have to deal with. I called about it (Geek Squad) when it happened first time, told to restart, which I do "every time now." My main reasons for the computer are email, news, facebook, etc. I hesitate to call Geek Squad because I cannot hear too well, their background noise, my problem, probably. So far, so good, I guess, I plan to keep at it. Maybe it is just a learning process, I haven't figured it all out yet. Thanks for asking. I do love this computer.

Great computer for my daughter's use. Buying online was great and it came very quickly at a great price! But my experience in the store was horrible...rude sales people, no help/ignored all together, long waits... Not going back to the store again but will purchase online!
