When I first turned it on the wifi driver wasnt working and I had to connect to ethernet to fix it. Now the sound drivers aren't working and I cant figure out how to fix it despite doing everything possible with the drivers. Basically its just a very expensive and frustrating paperweight right now. Acer website is useless btw. I will never but another acer product again and strongly recommend against buying anything from this company to everyone else.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this on Feb 22 and for a lot more than it is listed for now. $550 to be exact and as a simple mistake I did not get the warranty on it. Horrible product and horrible company. A couple of days ago went to close lap top to move to another room and I heard a snap, when I checked and tried to open it the whole border around screen came off. If you just got it go back and buy the warranty, this is very cheaply made! Contacted Acer and of course they will not fix it.

Always crashes and I haven't even had it for a year. Sometimes won't even turn on even though it is charged. just today while trying to use it, it has crashed 5 times. Don't waste your money on this product.
