I've had 2 predator laptops. The second will be my last. The power cord stopped working and had exposed wires (which came to my attention from the sparks and burning smell) before the year was out. They sent me a replacement. The replacement lasted 2 months, and then had the same problem.
Because it was just over a year since purchase, they wouldn't replace it again.
Power cords should last longer than a few months. This is poor quality & poor customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Very happy with the Predator. The lighted keys are a big help.
