Sturdy build and very fast; it can handle pretty much anything you want to throw at it. It is a little heavy and quite thick. Battery life is not ideal. Being that this is a gaming laptop and isn't designed for portability, these shouldn't dock it any points in my opinion. It's built solid. Adjustable processing power, fan speeds, and key colors depending on preset modes is a nice touch. Turbo mode allows for fantastic performance but can get quite loud but is not needed for high end titles. I was able to play Cyberpunk with all graphics set to the highest options on normal performance mode without issue. The fans work very well at keeping the keyboard cool to the touch. I have not encountered any issues with overheating or a hot panel. If you're looking for a solid piece of equipment, I would recommend the Helios.

After reading countless reviews, I decided to purchase the Acer Predator Helio Neo. I purchased this computer for school, because I have classes that are graphic design related and I needed a computer that could handle the switching between multiple open tabs....Although this is considered a gaming laptop, it is amazing for those who work in graphic design etc., because of the same impressive performance it delivers (especially for a budget friendly laptop). To say satisfied & impressed would be an understatement. Some complain of the noise on startup (I think it's kind of cool lol) and the weight of the laptop, however my concern is performance only. My computer is not on display, but my work will be, and for that reason things such as the noise and weight are irrelevant. I love it so far.

I love this laptop for the most part. It's fast, and the display is nice. It does have some light bleeding along the edges when the screen is dark, but it isn't too noticeable or bothersome. The speakers are not very good. They are very quite even at max volume. Definitely a downgrade from my HP Omen that was stolen as you could even detect decent bass through those speakers. This laptop is lighter weight with a smaller charger easier for travel, though. The two toned magenta and teal plates on the back of this laptop are a very nice touch. The laptop is very anesthetically pleasing. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and think it's a powerful, quality machine for the price.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE! Graphics are amazing, battery life is good. And its meant to play while charged 70% of play time. 100% recommend for any gameplayer. Has an HDMI which i think is awesome! Never had a gaming laptop before! It also has ethernet!! The only issue i had my boyfriend found a soultion for :) (it was for the game sims3) everything else is just immaculate. I absolutely love it. I take it everywhere and use it for everything! Game play bettery life could use a little more time but im not complaing. The turbo mode this laptop has needs the charger to be plugged in to work! You can tell when your laptop is running low on battery or is fully charged by the way your game will play. My sims will usually lag at 30-35% and will ever so slightly at 100. Personally i love it because i learned when to charge it and unplug it! Definitely one of my most prized possessions. I wish the free xbox live card didnt count for just new users tho! I didnt play xbox enough to pay for it all the time and now i constantly want to! I just cant get enough.

Great Laptop, as a budget gaming and streaming laptop it comes with all you need. A good processor Core i7 13 gen respectable graphics card Nvidia RTX 4050 and 16GB Ram. Hard drive being Sold State makes the whole difference and 500 GB is good for the price. If you don't mind the RGB keyboard not being individual keys but 4 complete clusters then this computer will give you the best value for your buck. On top of that I got it in special!

This beast of a laptop is so amazing so far!! Opening this laptop was like opening a present on Christmas! We were so excited as we read the reviews and decided on this one. The laptop is running amazing for all that we have tested so far though we have many other items that we are going to be doing! The graphics are out of this world amazing and the speed is like no other computer we have had!

The laptop is so fast it reads your mind. With the built in preview AI it feels like it also. This computer is the best thing ive ever purchesed myself. Ive pushed it hard with some high speed gaming and it did not disappoint. Its so good I bought one for my daughter and getting ready to get one for my girlfriend. Top notch product

It is exciting to enjoy a laptop for hours without it getting hot, I can move games and programs very fluidly and quickly, the keyboard, touchpad and screen are of very good quality.

This is a very nice, fast, powerful computer. It connects well and seems to do most things very well. When I first turned it on the sliders on the windows and browsers were very tiny and difficult to manipulate. This seems to have been corrected and things are much bigger and easier to grab. Still when you just brush over something, it gets selected. Or tabs get closed if the cursor goes over it without ever touching the close "x". I am older, but I have been using computers for over 25 years. I thought there was supposed to be a push to make these things more friendly, easier, and useful. Not all happening evenly.

Great gaming laptop!!! I’m able to play WOW ( world of Warcraft) at the highest settings and no issues at all!!! No lag, great graphics, even in big raids.

It works great so far. I use it for school, gaming, and watching movies. If you’re playing games definitely bring your charger (3ish hours) but if you’re just using it for schoolwork or watching movies the battery lasts a long time (8+ hours). I had some glitching while watching hulu in full screen, I downloaded chrome and everything works perfectly now.

I absolutely love this computer it runs so smoothly and has a built in RTX! Worth the money for the performance, runs about an average of 70 ping for my current heavy duty gaming genre's! The quality is so good it has a selector near the number key pad for custom display & performance settings! Overall I give this an astonishing 5 stars for the everyday fps gamer! As generous as this sounds it’s not like any computer I’ve ever experienced before!

The performance and color reproduction of this laptop is simply unbelievable! The turn-on time is the shortest I've ever seen. In all online games I always connect the fastest! It is better than more expensive versions from other manufacturers

As of right now this computer has done wonders for me. Runs super smooth, no problems, definitely a huge upgrade from my previous laptop.

Before starting my review, I gotta tell you I returned it twice. First one has slow sensibility and second one has screen bleeding. This one is quite good. It is a price-to-performance laptop compared to other same-price laptops. I, a college student, feel it's quite heavy and it would be a good idea to leave your adapter at home when going to school or college. What I really like about it is that it has 1080p Webcam and impressive port management. Its drawbacks are LCD display and heavy weight. Moreover, you might experience unexpected and annoying problems like me

I got this on a discount and its performance is really holding on high fps games. I play forza in sim racing and its great!
