Only two issues, 1 It's got a micro motherboard making add-ons and upgrades hard. 2 It's air-cooled and runs pretty hot and because of the micro motherboard it's some work to add a better air cooler or water cooler. All in all it's a great machine if you know what you're doing with more knowledge than I have to put a better cooling system in it.

It runs the games in 4k on ultra settings with no issues but I usually play in 1080p on high. Temps are pretty good and you can change the speed through predator sense on the fly. Keep the fans clean of you have pets and the system will run fine. I cannot complain about this PC and the people are super friendly. Can't beat it.

I called customer service and she refused to do anything but force me to repackage and resend it back to best buy for a replacement instead of just letting me bring it in to replace the panel or send me a replacement so I can repair it myself. When I asked for a manager, she hung up on me. Worst experience.

Amazing powerful beast
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great pc but, my only problem is the cpu cooling even on max fan speed gpus always at 32-45C but the cpu is anywhere from 80-90C! Wish i knew how to install more fans because the cpu reaching that deep deminishes preformance
