College student here. Chrome OS has come a long way in the tablet realm. This tablet is light, affordable, and highly functional for the price. Would definitely recommend to those who want efficiency in their life, as the OS has much smoother transitions and offers a speedy browsing experience. Size is perfect for use while lounging unlike some tablets with a12 inch screen. Only downside is that MS apps tend to have latency with the drawing function, but there are better note taking experiences out there. I paired this with a Logitech K480 keyboard so I had a mini stand to put it on if I'm at my desk.

The nub on the stylus wore out after a couple of months of use by my kids (elementary school age), but the device itself has remained solid. We use them for virtual schooling every weekday.

I purchased this refurbished chromebook tab 10 in April just as Covid started turning our world upside-down. At first it worked well with a few glitches, although, it did not come with the pen which i had to purchase online separately for $30. Now, in September, it has been overheating and not turning on. I have done a reset, which worked for almost a day. But now, if it turns on, it will not load. Of course, the warranty is only 90 days. Do not buy refurbished! I'm just glad I only paid $198 instead of the $298 that Best Buy is asking now!

My Son and daughter-in-law where struggling not having enough devices for Each of them working from home and the kids when the COVID-19 hit schools closed. They needed a device for each one of them with the front camera for zoom classroom which one of the teachers was doing, price was right for me aka Nana!!

I spent 200.00 on a used product. A tablet. The day I brought it home, it has overheated, and so has the power cord. Very unhappy

I purchased this tablet and of course couldn’t return it due to covid19. Now I’m being told I Cannot return it at all. So disappointed after so many years of being a Best Buy cardholder and customer. I would not recommend for anyone to buy this tablet. I had no idea I would be turned away from returning this item to the store.
