It's a great fun toy. the device powers Trap Team’s new novelty of being able to capture and then play as enemies. A plastic trap key is placed in a slot in the portal to capture the villains once they have been defeated. A different toy trap piece is required for each of the corresponding elements, and once trapped, villains can be used as player characters by placing their related trap back in the portal.

My son played through Skylanders Trap Team in record time for him. And he had a GREAT time doing so, BUT ... that also meant that my $75 dollar investment in that game stopped offering an return in record time as well. Fortunately the Light Element Expansion Pack offered my boy a cool new character, a trap, and a new level to the game in which to play those items! So, my son is back playing in the Skylands and he's happy about it, which makes me happy. Completely worth it.

My daughters are fans of the skylanders, so naturally they had to have it. They enjoy swapping around the characters. These have good construction quality so they will hold up to younger kids getting hold of them. I was initially concerned about storing them in a toy box, as I was afraid the wings or thin weapons would permanently bend, but that has not been the case with any of them.

The quality of these light and dark toys was great. The daughters enjoy it and are having a lot of fun with them. Best Buy actually had them at a reasonable price as well. Through Amazon and other retailers, re-sellers had already jacked the price up.

This was a gift for my 9 year old son and he loved it! This expansion pack is hard to find, so other sites were selling it at ridiculously high prices. I was able to get it here for the normal retail price. Thank you Best Buy!!

Top quality product that extends the life of the skylanders trap time for at least some days if not weeks. It is true that it keeps adding to the initial cost, but the cost of children entertainment is high for everything else as well.

Bought this on sale as a xmas gift. The reaction from my nephew was priceless. He loved it and the video of him jumping for joy was worth the price.

Skylanders are for any age. My grandson and I play and we play till the early hours of the morning. That's how great they are!

Good product in overall. Skylander is much easier to get than amiibo of Nintendo. They produce in right number, there is no shortage. However, Skylander must inform its fans where they sell the special product. We like this multi Skylander.
