Great SSD for the PS5. I purchased 2 of them at Christmas and both my sons have already installed them by their selves. They stated that it was easy to install by following the directions and online videos. They are extremely happy having additional 4 GB of storage. I personally bought another one for my new PS5 that I got for Christmas.

Love the extra space on my PS5. Not the fastest but does the job! For a good price. If you have games on an external hard drive, moving them to this internal wont take to long. However if your downloading an entirely new game to this drive it will take much longer then it would be if your downloading straight to the system storage

I’ve had it for a few weeks and honestly this thing is AMAZING! I have all my PS4 & PS5 games and now I haven’t needed to worry about storage. Installing it was a fun process and I feel more connected to this PS5. I highly recommend it!

As soon as Sony released the patch to allow users to install a SSD in PS5's to expand the storage for games, I immediately purchased a 1TB and to my surprise, that got FULL really fast so I decided to spend the extra money and max out the space with this 4TB SSD instead - Very happy about my choice - just as easy to install as it comes with a heat sink and just as fast as the more popular brands. Highly recommended! Trust me, this drive will take a long while to be filled with games....

This ssd is working great with the PS5. Definitely the way to go if you need to expand your gaming collection for ps5 games while using regular HDD for PS4 games

Best SSD that I installed more games on my PlayStation 5

I bought the 4 TB to use in my PS5 for increase the amount of games I can install. It has fast read and writing speeds. It plays games as fast and as well as the internal console drive. It’s also less expensive than other brands, such as WD. I’m very happy with this one and would buy this brand again.

This 4TB drive fits perfectly in a PS5 and is easy to install. I haven't had to delete any games since using it. It works great with COD, which is known for its large file size.

It’s awesome for the price point I got it on sale and I also have a Best Buy credit card so I basically paid for what I would pay for a 2 TB SSD card. It works really well I have it in my PS five and I also have a 4 TB external hard drive that I brought over for my PS4 installed as well and everything seems to works really well so far

Pricey, but worth every penny! No more moving PS5 games back and forth from the console to the external HDD to play a PS5 game anymore. I also have room for my PS4 games for now. I can fit about 36, 100gb games on here. Plus 6, 100gb games on the original PS5 SSD. This ahould last me a while. Easy to install. I slid the case from the bottom of the PS5. Unscrewed the first screw to open the gray cover. I removed the beige plastic covering from the heatsink adhesive, lined it up on the SSD and gave a light push. I inserted the SSD in the SSD slot matching the notches. I unscrewed the smaller screw with the metal ring that is in the SSD housing attached to the PS5. I then placed the ring first, then the SSD and then the screw to the SSD notch to secure the SSD. I transferred my games and that was it

I bought this as a 2nd SSD to increase the storage capacity of my new PC. Put on the included heat sink which is just a thin piece of aluminum and dropped it into my PC in less than 5 minutes. Easy to initialize with Windows 11 and I was good to go. Getting read speeds slightly faster than specc'd, which is a bonus. So impressed that I installed a 2TB version of this SSD into my PS5. Prices could not be beat for the value!
