Jeff Witt at Geek Squad set up my tvs, stereo sound, video doorbell and Nest thermostat. He's phenomenal!! He's very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and helpful. He taught me how to use everything, and genuinely offered to be available for any problems. I'm so grateful for his amazing help! My house wouldn't be nearly as awesome without him.

This product give the TV (75' SONY) a nice 'floating' look. If you're going to spend the money to wall mount your TV, this will definitely improve it's look - No hanging wires. I had the Geek Squad install it. I would recommend professional installation unless you're good at carpentry (I am not) and know what's behind the wall.

Our installer, Olivia, was the best! She spent at least 9 hours, with no breaks, installing our TV because we wanted the cords behind the wall, and she ran into studs that were horizontal and didn't show on the stud finder. She had to do a lot of additional work and had a great attitude about the whole thing!

I am so glad I got this model (pricier than others) BUT so worth it! I can adjust for when I am watching sitting up or laying down on couch to when I am cooking in my kitchen across the living room. It is sturdy and I love that It can go pretty far in- and my TV doesn't stick out too much. Very space efficient!

Two dudes were extremely knowledgeable about install. Had ordered one type of install but changed my mind to install w/o wires showing. Knew price difference, had the proper extra equipment needed for install and now looks awesome. Was able to pay on the spot which was convenient actually.

The 2 Geek Squad men very very professional and kind. They put booties on their shoes and went to work. When finished everything was clean and took the time to show us how to use our new 85 “ TV. All went very smoothly. Very friendly guys.

I set up a professional installation with Best Buy to have my in-wall speakers installed and added this on to the install to hide my TV power and AV cable. Most impressive was the professionalism and care the Geek Squad members gave during the install. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Geek Squad was very kind and knowledgeable their work was Excellent, installed my 86" LG nano 9 Series TV on the wall with wall bracket and put wires behind the wall looks very nice Would definitely recommend Geek Squad.

The Agent was exceptionally knowledgeable; he mounted my 82" TV, cleaned up, and wore shoe/boot covers. He made sure I was happy with the installation (connected my TV to Soundbar.

The technician knew exactly what was needed for special installation issues, and installed an additional box in the wall to accomodate the the extra wiring. Then, the debris from the drywall was completely cleand up upon completion of the job.

Geek squad is worth the money to get your TVs installed professionally and I like the ability to hide the cords inside the wall with this service

I did my research and since having bought many of my items from Best Buy....it was the only place to look...for sales. The TV installation with the GEEK SQUAD...was exceptional with them explaining all the bells and whistles...

If you’re getting products installed, geek squad is a must. They are professional and friendly. You will get a tutorial of your product once installed.

These installers did their normal efficient job with professionalism. In a question session after the install, one installer upgraded my harmony remotely on a Sunday. That is what I call dedication-to-the-customer.

Develin did my TV mount. He was amazing. Service was excellent. He was on time, did a superior job mounting the TV and cleaned up everything afterwards. He's a keeper.

This is our second flatscreen tv install with this product from the Geek Squad. We couldn't hide our cable boxes, modems, etc behind wall or in a distant closet. So this in wall power box was the next best thing for a clean look.

We didnt want to hire an electrician to rewire an outlet and assumed we would have a couple of cords hanging. Best Buy offered this option which hides everything and looks professional.
