Having the door changed to open for convenience (so it doesn’t block the work station) by professionals was a very good buy. They were so kind, careful, and thorough about their task they even polished the fridge before leaving.

I purchased a LG top freezer refrigerator for my laundry room. It was delivered on time and I really am happy with my purchase. The only problem I had was that I needed the door handle to be reversed to the opposite side. So I called customer service and they rescheduled the servicmen for the next day because the serviceman that delivered the refrigerator said changing handle wasn’t on the order and there would be additional charges. Customer service took care of the issue and the handle was replaced the next day. I’m really loving the additional refrigerator space. This LG refrigerator is larger than I expected. Great purchase.

The door was removed for ease of installation and because our kitchen needed a reversal from the delivered direction of opening. We were pleased that there was no additional charge for the door removal and reversal. The crew carefully reinstalled the door, leveled the refrigerator and checked that the closure was smooth. Unfortunately they did not check it with heavy items in the door, so as soon as we replaced items in the door, like milk and juice, the door would not close without lifting and forcing. A service call fixed the problem for a couple of weeks but it has recurred. We hope that it is a simple adjustment but with the pandemic we are reluctant to call for service. In the meantime we have to be careful to check that the door has closed. The open door alarm is most helpful. The left image shows the door installation. It took a second apt, but the guys sent out for the work the second time were great! They fixed the door so it opens the correct way. I don’t remember their names, but they were Hispanic limited English, but they still communicated well and even fixed another thing for me that the last guy should have. Very nice!!

Well, the handle was transferred wonderfully, but the cosmetic plugs to cover the holes were damaged do I now have holes on the front of my new fridge. The screw that holds the cover on the door hinge was sheared and it cannot be attached to the top. And I noticed today 3weeks later there are additional holes uncovered where the foor hinge was moved from. Cannot get the geek squad to understand my issues so they aren't resolved yet.

The gentlemen who came to do Door Reversal did an okay job. There was a dent on the inside of the freezer door, after they were finished. They never mentioned it to me.

I Love the sleek look. It look great in my kitchen and works well in the space it had to fit in.

The door that was reversed is now crooked. When I pointed it out to the person that did it I was told that they never are level when you reverse them. I now have a brand new refrigerator with a crooked door. I reported it and they sent the same people back out again to look at it and they tightened some screws which helped some but it is still crooked. There are also several holes in the top of the refrigerator which probably is not a good thing. I asked if they had some plugs for the holes and they did not have any. I like the refrigerator but not having a crooked door.

Job well done. They were on time and completed the job.

He reversed the doors really fast. I have no complaints.

The delivery drivers were not careful when they switched the doors. Both doors are scratched up. They left debris in the driveway. They also did not put the plugs back on the side the handle was removed from. After about 5 calls and over 4 hours of speaking to the people at the 1-800 number they offered to send me a Best Buy gift card for $120 which I’ve still not received. They offered to send a new fridge but it is back ordered until August. Why not just take money off of the fridge and refund me the $49.99 I paid for the door reversal.

The doors were switched but the holes were left on the door. Something was supposed to cover that hole and they just left it. Just plain lazy and incompetent

Two young men, two hours, fearless clueless total failure which begins another nightmare of leaking water lines and third party service providers who verify your email address, but cannot send you an email confirming your conversation. Alorica is NOT Best Buy, it is Alorica. Useless.

I still am trying to get all the plastic wrap off. Also the door was missing the logo so there is a “hole” where that belongs. I have called twice to get that logo disc sent to me without any luck.

I would have given a 5 star review. Before the day of the delivery. I called a week before to confirm that the doors could be switched and I was told that it would not be a problem. The day of the delivery the delivery guys told me that I was going to have to call and make an appointment to have that done. Then they told me that I should put it in a location of the room where the doors would face the right way.that upset me very much. They even said that by switching the doors that they would not seal properly. I know that the doors are interchangeable. “So that was a lie”. I did call customer service and explained the situation. The quickly scheduled an appointment for the next day. The service person showed up and switched the doors the way I needed them and everything is working fine. Thanks to customer service…

The door reversal was necessary to make the fridge works properly in my tiny kitchen.

Love the frig. The sales person was so helpful and truly knew what he was talking about. We also purchased a phone and in order to buy it we had to cancel the first sale, add it with the refrig and it went so smoothly we were surprised. The service was amazing.
