The team that installed my TV went over and above! They communicated with me throughout the day and kept me informed of their timing. They showed up and took great care of my home. They asked about every detail and not only installed my TV but also programmed my Xfinity remote. They made sure that all parts of my system were working. They suggested apps and resources in case I had issues. They cleaned up thoroughly and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was their last stop on a long day and they made sure that everything was on point. The techs that installed my TV were Deavon and Alex. Thank you for a great experience.

Great smooth and careful install. The install team verified my mount was strong enough before I they brought in my 98 inch tv. Both guys were very careful and took their time to install and set up the HDMI cables and route them. They did a quick set up with me and we were ready to start watching

I wish that all home services were as reliable as Best Buy's Greek Squad. The two gentlemen who installed my 100" TV were efficient professionals from start to finish. My TV was installed perfectly centered and level.
Their knowledgeable instructions and expert workmanship was completed quickly, but not rushed. I was given thorough instructions, and they cleaned up and removed all debris, while wearing shoe protection in my home. I can honestly say, Best Buy's service technicians are the best in the business.

We were super satisfied with our Geek Squad install. Shawn Sercombe and his team arrived on time and very prepared. They were all professional, polite and respected our home, This was a 98" install so they needed three people to lift the TV onto its mount. They got it right the first time and we were amazed how fast they got the job done!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Steve and his crew that was at my home to install my new TV not only did they do a great Job !! Steve went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the install and understand some of the changes he needed to make to keep my family safe and most of all the Wife happy with the way it looked.

Third party install done by a wonderful company by the name of Stay Tuned. See Google Review as well, because these guys rock. They had to come out twice because the agents online at the sales department paired me with the wrong mount for my TV. Online sales then had me purchase a second incorrect mount which I thankfully realized before the install and returned myself and purchased elsewhere after doing my own homework.
Two stars for online sales team, two stars for the in-store associates who are rolling their eyes because I have to carry two wall mounts in the store for a return, ten stars for the installers who Best Buy didn't want to pay for coming out a second time, even though it wasn't the installer's fault.

The agents were phenomenal
. They took the upmost care not only in mounting the TV but also while bringing it inside and taking care of my walls and other items near the work area, kept trash to a minimum and cleaned up while they worked. When they finished it was like they were never there. Excellent work!!

The two gentleman that installed my tv were quick qnd professional. They did an great job and had a good attitude and joked around with me as they worked. I had already designed and built the wall unit. It took them less than an hour to install and level the massive 100 inch TV tho. I can honestly recommend the geek squad.

**Exceptional Experience!**
This was the most amazing experience I have ever had. The crew was incredibly polite and helpful. My TV was delivered in perfect condition. They made sure I understood every single function and operation of my new TV. I have already given out numerous referrals for both the product and service, and I am 100% sure I will continue to share how great this experience was. Tyler and Chris were the upmost professional. They understood their and got it done quickly and efficiently. They were both very kind to my wife and children as well which goes a long way with me. I’ll definitely be asking for them again in the future!

Worst Installation Experience – Avoid Best Buy Ins

I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but my recent experience with their installation service for a 100-inch TV has completely changed my view of the company. From start to finish, the process was a complete disaster, filled with mishaps, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism.
First Installation Attempt: Total Chaos
On the day of my originally scheduled installation, I received calls from two separate teams claiming they were coordinating the delivery and install. When the TV arrived, the team on-site refused to install it, saying they weren’t authorized to do so. Meanwhile, the other team, who called earlier to confirm, said they were “on their way.” Best Buy later admitted they had sent a delivery team instead of an installation team.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the delivery team, who had already brought the 135-pound TV into my house, insisted on taking it back to the truck because the correct team wasn’t available. I was told I’d need to wait another two weeks for a new delivery and installation appointment.
Horrible Customer Service
When I called to reschedule, the agent I spoke with was extremely rude, repeatedly calling me “bro.” When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he refused and left me on hold for an extended period, never returning to the line. At this point, I had no choice but to escalate the matter to Best Buy’s executive team.
Second Attempt: Still a Disaster
After getting the executive team involved, they scheduled a new installation appointment for the day after Christmas, with a 4-person crew promised to handle the massive 100-inch TV. The appointment was set between 7–11 AM. I received a call at 8:30 AM from the install team, saying they were picking up the TV and would be at my house in 30 minutes. Hours passed with no updates, no communication, and unanswered calls.
Finally, at 2 PM, I got a call from the install team, informing me they had just picked up the TV. When I asked why no one had contacted me earlier to explain the delay, the person hung up on me.
The Actual Installation: Unacceptable and Damaging
The install team eventually arrived at 3 PM—nearly 8 hours late—and instead of the promised 4-person crew, only two people showed up. These two men were clearly not equipped to handle a 135-pound TV, and the results were disastrous. During the installation, they dropped the TV, damaging my $15,000 antique furniture right in front of me. When confronted, they tried to brush it off like nothing happened.
To make matters worse, one of them had the audacity to ask if I wanted screen cleaner for the handprints they had left all over the TV. I assumed it was a courtesy offer, given the situation. At the end of the installation, however, he asked how I wanted to pay for the screen cleaner. After everything they had done, this attempt to upsell me was the final insult.
Still Waiting for a Resolution
I immediately contacted Best Buy’s executive team about the damage to my antique furniture, but as of now, I’m still waiting for a resolution. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using Best Buy’s installation services to think twice.
Summary
This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Between the miscommunication, unprofessional behavior, delays, damage to my property, and lack of accountability, Best Buy has completely failed me. If you value your time, property, and sanity, do not use Best Buy’s installation services. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Those guys were the best! Handles tv with care and were very professional. They hung up the tv very quick and set it up for me . Would recommend service!
