Total Tech spent 5 hours uninstalling SONOS system, installing 83" TV, moving a 75" TV and installing somewhere else, making sure cables were hidden behind walls, made sure all sound was routing in our already installed SONOS whole house setup. The guys were great! Can't say enough about their professionalism, willingness to help, and knowledge of all things A/V! Super impressed and grateful for them!

The installers did a great job. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they were enroute to my home, handled the equipment cautiously. The mounts I ordered in store wouldn’t work for my application, but they had mounts with them that did work and were able to get the job done without having to reschedule.

Thank you to Robert of Magnolia and Tyler and Ryan of the Geek Squad for a fabulous purchase and installation. I just love, love, love my new sound and picture. They were so pleasant, well informed, and, most importantly, they laughed at our jokes. Also, they went above and beyond because we are blond seniors who needed a lot of help and they took all time time necessary to bring us along with the process. Thank you again so very much. The two gentlemen that put up our new Sony TV and wall mount were terrific! As a university professor, I was so impressed by the senior member, who was training the junior member. He was articulate, positive and very sensitive. Everything went like clockwork and they both were a joy to speak with. We almost felt like we should invite them to dinner. What a great team, that were personable and knew what they were doing. That combination is a rarity these days, especially having help that is knowledgeable and confident. We hope we get them again in the future.

The service I received for my parents who are in their 90’s was phenomenal. Christopher, Matt, snd Austin were nice and friendly as well as extremely professional and efficient. The delivery and installation were coordinated and my parents were thrilled with the service. We cannot recommend them enough. In Destin Florida, Best Buy Geek Squad technician Drew went out of his way to see to it that we got our Samsung Frame television special mounted on the wall in our living area in a timely manner. Perfect flush to the wall install and perfect location and visual height on wall. Best Buy is the Best!

Great and professional team. Very quick and efficient

Geek Squad crew removed one TV set with hanger devices from family room and really quickly installed it at the wall in a bedroom upstairs. Quality of work was excellent.

They gave me call updates for when they would arrive, letting me still get stuff done that day. They also tailored the install to exactly where I wanted the tv, did a couple pull ups on the mount to show it wasn’t going anywhere and put the tv up super quick. With my oled, I didn’t trust myself to do the job anywhere near as quickly or as well without damaging the tv, so the Geeksquad guys eased my anxiety! They also told me I should upgrade my hdmi cables to get the most out of my tv, something I never would have thought of. Went ahead and got a couple audioquest cables and suddenly things that should have been HDR content was actually HDR content, my tv even popped up with a notification saying so!

These guys were totally professional... the arrived on time as requested and had my 77" LG OLED up and running in know time. They tweeked it for the best picture and linked it up to the LG Sound-Bar. They made sure we could understand and use to remote before leaving and clead up the are before leaving.

The installer team did a good job of installing the TV wall mount for our 75 inch LG tv. Bought from Best Buy as well. The mount was reasonably priced and good quality. I would recommend this product.

Great TV. Installers were excellent. On time, efficient and polite. Salesperson Joe Vanderslice is far and away the most knowledgeable, personable, helpful, customer focused person I've ever worked with.

All three members of the service team provided knowledgeable service in a professional and courteous manner. We had a lot of work done in one day and the team worked thru it diligently and provided effective tutorials, with much patience. The leader of the team, Vu, displayed that he had a lot of experience and precisely communicated the work to be done and adjustments that were necessary.

The Geek Squad installers were great! They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They showed me how to operate the new TV and sound bar and were sure everything was working properly before they left. I was amazed by their knowledge of the technical aspects of the TV.

Got TotalTech when I purchased two 85" Sony TV's for my new house. Alejandro and Dylan from the Geek Squad came to the house, installed both wall mounts and mounted both TV's rather quickly and professionally. They were great, they set up the smart TV's to my wifi, connected the sound-bar and sub effortlessly. Very happy with the install team, great young men. Oh, the tv's, sound-bar and sub are great too!
