Sean fixed the problem with OneDrive on my computer and the thumbnails are back, and I am able to access my pictures and documents. I am a happy camper!

This was not actually and ad on virus , that is the way it was titled. It was actually an order to erase and old Mac to recycle. It started but never finished. When called it in and explained then was informed that I should be able to get credit for this and was issued a credit. Informed that if take the computer in to the store they could do it there.
