Looked good online, but…

The keyboard flatly could not function, it just indicated that the batteries needed replacing even when I installed a brand new fully charged set. It was very flimsy and for an “ergo” keyboard it was not well designed. The center trackball’s housing made trackball movement feel sort of gritty rather than smooth. I had to return it, which BestBuy handled very well.

Internal Trackball takes a little getting used to after using an external one for a long time, but otherwise it's a good product -- easy to set up and works reliably

We've been looking for replacement keyboards with an integrated trackball for several months and finally found one. Works great, no issues.

I have bad carpal tunnel this keyboard helps tremendously. I find the mouse option a bit hard to use but it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Other than that it’s great, easy to operate and No software needed to run.

I have been using this keyboard for my work from home office for a couple of weeks now.
Overall I really do like it. I only have two "complaints" : it's very compact so I have a tendency to hit one of the function keys (especially the email) while I am typing, and the batteries have died already. Battery life was much better on other keyboards I have used.
