Does not work

I wasted three hours in trying to make it work before writing to Adidas support. Here is their reply: Thank you for your email and your interest in miCoach. This is a known issue and it will be solved via the next app update. It should roll out in the next few weeks. You can stay updated by checking our Support Blog: http://bit.ly/V5uy5q. My question is, why is the product on shelves why they are working on the next update, when it will really work. Please don't waste your time as I did.
