    14.99 is what you pay for what you get. The 3m sticker are cheap and the sensor's come apart when you try to remove them to adjust position. My alarm has gone off on the middle of night. I was ready to pull my gun out and shoot me an intruder. Just to find out that sensor fell off the door jam causi g a false alarm.

    This does not work with smarthings hub v2, maybe it only work with smarthings ADT hub however that is discontinued.

    I got what I ordered BUT....ADT had changed the design of the device since my system was installed 25+ years ago. Tried to enter this version into the system, but no luck. ADT will not send a service representative unless you have signed up with ADT. I dropped ADT years ago when San Jose PD had a policy of not responding to an alarm unless there was a visual sighting. ADT couldn't explain how they could do that.

    System is easy to set up. However, if a burglary happens, you will only get a small notification on your phone, and not a siren. I called customer service, and there is no option to fix this (unless your screen is on all the time and the app is actually open.

    Terrible customer service from Blue. Didn’t work and no support. Avoid at all costs. Took 50 phone calls to extricate myself of this monstrosity.
