Flash furniture’s customer service handled the issue quickly and beside sending pictures was painless to me. The second chair came quickly and without issues…return of defective unit was not required.

And the vottim shelf doea bot allow you to stretch legs and I am 5"2 !! Its getting the job done until i decide to purchase a much better desk.
