Great chair easy to put together you just need a little to put the bigger pieces together. i got this for my nephew as a gaming chair. it come with the tools you need to put together, Worth every penny.

My company's chairs couldn't hold my 300 lbs of pure AWESOMENESS so I had to look for alternatives. I saw this online and it looked like it would do the trick. I put most of it together pretty quickly but did have to work to get the arm bolts in. Once I got it together, I jumped in, leaned it back, and took a nap. Yeah, I think this chair will work as long as I don't gain more than 200 lbs.

So far chair seems strong and stable, fake leather looks to be bonded good so far- overall i’m happy to spend less than those “office stores” ask for the near same thing, but this one is better for the big and tall buyer out there with the adjustable top. I can sit for hours without chair showing it! You won’t be disappointed after you buy it if you happen to be north of 300# and upwards of 6”5. Hope this helps, I’m over purchasing $500 plus chairs from depot/max that break or debond in less than a year. Fingers crossed on this one!

Very nice! Good quality upholstery. Comfortable BUT, , , not for average height (less than 6 foot tall) persons. It was difficult to assemble as bolting the back and seat together required the strength of two (2) men. Once assembled it was a nice addition to my office. Just wish I was taller. Had to return because I could not get it low enough to get my feet to reach the floor. Did exchange it for a different chair for average-height people such as I.

Comfortable and sturdy. Just hope the faux holds up. Every chair i buy peels. :(

Bought this as a gift for someone who is 5’7” & at least 350lbs. With in mind that it is needed for long hours of everyday use with possibly some periodic napping. It was extremely heavy, but we couldn’t be happier. It was very clean looking (no scratches or weird smells), easy to assemble, very well made & lovely to look at and sit in. Honestly, no complaints about the chair itself. But, BUYERS BEWARE OF PRICE MATCHING!! Look for the same chair from competitors & let Best Buy know. They will price match. After getting this chair price matched it was most definitely worth it! If you are looking for a heavy duty chair, that is great for someone Big & Tall.. This is it!.

It was a great chair at first, but started having issues just 8 months in. After about 6-8 months the chair started sinking and no longer rises. I purchased this chair after hearing great things but am disappointed my expensive chair is already breaking down. The right arm rest screw was stripped out of the box, it took a healthy amount of loctite to secure it.

Love the way it seats and the color is perfect sometimes you can order things and it be a disappointment but my chair is perfect

The quality in material is very apparent, it was also very easy to setup. My only draw back, is after spending so much on a chair, it is not ergonomically designed for an office. It has flat seat cushion and the back is too far away to sit back comfortably and I am a 290 lb guy. The chair is more designed like a lazy boy, for someone who is not doing real office work for 8 hours per day, or more. If I could send it back and get another chair the same day I would.

I replaced one of my old chair with this. This chair is super comfortable. I enjoy laying back in it and feeling my back stretch out. I will mention that depending on your setup when you are typing you may find yourself sitting towards the front of the chair with your back away from the back of the chair. This might be by design. Personally I don't know that I notice it outside of my initial concern. I really enjoy this chair.

Before buying a chair, I vetted many offerings. I’m a larger guy, both in height and weight, and when sitting for extended periods it can cause me some lower back pain if there isn’t sufficient support. This “ergonomic” chair is lacking. My last job purchased me a Serta chair that was perfect. I could sit in it up to 14 hours a day and play basketball afterwards. This chair, after just a couple hours, I’m in pain and stiff. The back isn’t adjustable and its presets aren’t ideal. However, it is sturdy and well-built. If it offered better support or adjustments, it might be a great chair.

Hard to find chairs suitable for big & tall, let alone one that's not at least double the price of this one. Comfortable, but wish there were more adjustments.
