Good Overall, Instructions Could Be Better

Based on the instructions, assembly should have been an easy process.. with simple steps. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. Overall still a good quality chair. Takeaways: 1. I recommend assembling the top (back rest) part of the chair with the handles first, then attach the seat cushion. If following the instructions, you’ll notice the seat cushion does not allow you to attach both handles and alignment is off. 2.You will need actual power tools to assemble the chair, as the provided hex tool is not capable of drilling holes in the cushion to connect the wheels.

Great Chair, Confusing instructions!

I had less the 25” to work with between my desk and the wall behind me. I’m pretty happy with this chair as it is it’s comfortable, quite and the armrests can be pushed up and away which gives me additional flexibility. The instructions on the other hand where a nightmare. The guide did not line up with the bolts provided it was like a mindgame. Very illogical and confusing. I The instructions are not user friendly and im pretty intelligent.

Great chair for the sale price
