Assembly was a major pain. It's also extremely loud and squeaky. Moving slightly in any direction causes the chair to creak and squeak and it's obnoxious. My coworkers can even hear it over Zoom. I only weigh 125 pounds so I can't imagine what would happen if I were heavier.

Loud enough to be heard on conference calls while on speaker phone. There is little seat cushioning. At roughly 170, I feel the padding is fully compressed. Can feel the hard bottom when you first sit into the chair.
