Many chairs seem designed for much larger people; this chair fits my body very well, does not require a cushion behind my lower back. The adjustments allow it to be tailored perfectly. Arrived quickly, easy to assemble. Highly recommend, especially for shorter people.

The multiple adjustments allow you to easily modify your position. Seat cushion is comfy and since using, I haven't experienced pain in my back or legs.

It's got a supportive seat and arm rests, back that allows for good air flow and easy seat lift. I'm 5' 6" and don't have any problem reaching the floor without putting the seat at its highest level.

A fantastic su $200 task/office chair

Firstly, my work in media demands it. Secondly, my back is somewhat compromised. I needed a second chair in my work from home setup, and as I was already purchasing a large monitor I decided to ask if they had any chairs. The salesman showed me this one in a catalog, but I was desperate and made a snap decision, sight unseen. As it turns out I made a good choice. The chair took about 20 minutes to assemble. Compared to a slightly less expensive chair that I purchased on Amazon, this one is leagues ahead. It's about 10lbs heavier and is much more breathable. Thanks!

Wow, what a difference?

I bought this one to replace my 5yr old chair. Plus, the black color one was on sale at the time. Materials are pretty good and durable. Hopefully, the cushion will hold up over time. Hydraulic canister failed.

We returned it to the store for a replacement. The hydraulic canister used to raise and lower the chair has failed after 8 months and we rarely raise or lower the chair. It will not raise at all now.

Open Box sent for new money?

When we got it home and open, the chaor/box appeared to have been opened, repacked, and resealed before. No packing list of parts and no instructions for assembly. We don't even know of all the parts were there. We returned to BestBuy store for easy refund, but very disappointed at what we received as our purchase.
