    These subs hit very hard, very clean, I'm using an older Alpine MRD M300 amp to power them, and they sound incredible.

    I sealed this Alpine 12 inch bassline subwoofer in a 1.2cubic foot single sub enclosure and hooked it up to a BASH 300 watt rms 465 watt dynamic plate amp. This Alpine subwoofer pounds out excellent accurate bass, gets low (under 30hz easily), and has impact in my 15x15 foot living room that I haven't had in any subwoofer that I have ever owned. With about 150 watts ( half volume on my BASH amplifier ) this subwoofer can pressurized my living room like being in a car environment. This Alpine sub is also very accurate in reproduction of intricate music along with slamming out the low end in rap/r&b music. In movies such as Transformers 3, Terminator 3, and Avatar this subwoofer's LFE response is insane. Impact on explosions are insane and low frequency rumbling of vehicles shake pictures on my walls. By far this is one of the best price to performance ratios in a 12 inch subwoofer that I have ever own. Remember this is a car audio subwoofer I am using in a home theater setting in a sealed box (not ported) and it absolutely rocks my house. Buy one you while not be disappointed at all....
