Best Buy installed it and it works perfectly, for the price it is solid

Nice washer. Its so much quieter than the Whirlpool I had. I like how it senses the size of the load so you dont have to choose . Clothes come out clean without taking forever for the load to finsh. I'm happy with it.

I love my washer, but there is a dent in the right back , when noted the delivery person said it's from the clip that held it together.. smh

I like this washer, cleans and spins nicely. Has a strange start button. But otherwise I’m very happy. The folks as Best Buy have been great.

Its the 2nd one that we buy in 2 differrnt apartments, we are so happy.

Loud, moves across the floor when washing towels which caused a support rod to break, which I might add there are four rods supporting the washer basket and no support at the bottom of the basket. Highly disappointed, so the machine lasted a little over one year.

I bought this as a replacement for the same exact unit from about 10 years ago that started to bang very loudly. While this one does not bang (yet), it is pretty loud and moved a bit, especially the hose in the back. I don't feel confident about it. Going to have it looked at while the install work is still covered.

I love the Amana washer for it’s top loading and agitator features! My appliance repair man slso recommended these features and Amana in particular as his top choice. The washer has performed well for me since I purchased it. Installation with Best Buy’s guys was awesome! The washer inly once didn’t spin dry completely when i had an imbalanced load. I have been more careful and it has not happened since!

This washer has a serious flaw and someone… especially a small child or toddler is going to get seriously injured. During an unbalanced spin cycle, with a single or double blanket load, the entire washer begins to sound like a garbage truck. If the lid is unbalanced just right, the entire washer will fling itself across the floor! We exchanged the first one because of this, thinking it was faulty, but the second one Best Buy brought was even worse!

This is a very strange appliance from the moment it was received. Please note the prior washer I had was an Amana and it lasted me 30 years. That is the reason why I bought another Amana. When the delivery was made, I began using the washer a few days later but the central roll where the fabric softener is inserted began making a big hard pounding. It washed the clothes fine. I contacted Geek Squad and they suggested I get a brand new replacement. On the second delivery, the folks from the Logistics company arrived 1 1/2 hours late. They installed the new one but when I asked them to stay and see if the machine worked, they indicated it was not possible as the cycle is lengthy, etc. Apparently, they have delivery goals in that it is more important to deliver an item, irrespective of whether it functions or not. I was hoping they would stay given it was a replacement but they did not. I was very disappointed. I had asked the Geek Squad to send one of their technicians instead of the folks from the third party logistics company, but they did not do that. They sent the delivery team from the logistics company and called him "technician." This is an improper name for the person, since all they are responsible for is deliver and install but not check if there is a problem, mainly because they are not qualified to identify any issues with the functioning of the machine. Once I used the new, second machine, this time there was no noise in the central roll but, during the Wash Cycle, the machine was doing a constant crank noise as if it wanted to start but I was not sure if it was washing. I did not hear the normal noise of the clothes, water and detergent mixing together. Just the constant crank noise. It continued through the various cycles but it was white clothes and I could not see it had cleaned it well. I called Geek Squad again and they sent a third team from the Logistics TO EXCLUSIVELY CHECK ON THE WASHER AND THE NOISE. The person came, again in a hurry, started the machine and heard the noise. He said I need to let the machine run its course. He stayed only about 10 minutes and left. The machine finished the entire cycle and the closed appeared clean. So right now, I am in the middle of crossing a bridge and cannot go forward nor backward. Geek Squad will not send a techinician and the Logistics company only sends their driver and installer. I will try to see if there is a different alternative where a qualified person can come, spend the necessary time in determining why the machine is doing that crank noise during the middle of the Wash Cycle. If they cannot I will consider returning the washer and getting a credit back. Since I am a Best Buy Total Member I have 60 days from the day of delivery which is November 10 (second delivery). I will be going out of town tomorrow until October 16 so I will not communicate with you until after that date.

This is a really nice product, especially for those in a budget. As someone who delivers and installs appliances for a living, Amana delivers a solid product that are reliable and gives you a lot of bang for the buck. Of course there will be other products with more features or add ons, but for those lookong for something whithout all the extras, or not trying to spend $1000 or more, these are great. I have a set of these and they do the job without any hassles.

So far so good. The top piece is a little unstable when I push start button the whole piece moves. Something probably just needs to be tightened or snapped into place.

I absolutely love this washing machine ,very roomy perfect size too fit in small spaces.Easy to operate and does a great job getting clothes clean.The price was within my budget. I did get a three year warranty for less than $100.00 as well. I am extremely enjoying my new purchase!

This machine BROKE after only 1 year. With taxes and delivery and hookup accessories required with purchase, the machine ended up costing $620.00 and it broke just after a year's use, just after I had made the final payment on it. The water would fill and then immediately drain and the agitator did not agitate so the clothes were left unwashed and the machine would not turn off, it just kept trying to drain after the water had already drained out, however, the clothes were still left sopping wet because the machine also stopped spinning. Best Buy was useless and did nothing to make it right. They suggested I call their Geek Squad repairmen and that I would have to pay another $124.99 JUST FOR THE DIAGNOSIS and then MORE $$$ FOR THE ACTUAL REPAIR!! NOT AT ALL WORTH IT- A TOTAL RIP-OFF!! I never write reviews, but this one was necessary if only to save someone else the aggravation and expense. I would give 0 stars if possible

It works as expected. I am satisfied with my purchase. It does have one feature that I am undecided about: the lid locks when the washer is spinning. It may sound trivial, but if the locking mechanism breaks, will the washer still work? Repairs can be costly. My old washer simply stopped spinning if the lid was raised.

The Amana High Efficiency Washer is a very good washer with a fill sensor. It does the job well and had a good price.

We had to replace our kenmore washer and were recommended this washer. It’s different as it has sensor. As of now when it spins it makes noise as we’re not used too

So far, this is an excellent machine. Easy to use and clothing comes out remarkably clean. Very fast cleaning cycle with lots of room.

My thoughts on this purchase and many others in the past several years have been very positive. We go and select our items, purchase them and for the most part, we pick them up at the Warehouse which is very conveniently located and close to our home or our rentals. So, Yes! we will continue to go to Best Buy for our needs!

Does a great job getting clothes clean. Deep wash is actually deep, and covers the clothes with water and turns them over very well. Simple, with not a lot of extras that could go wrong. Great price too.
