1/28/24. Thanks Garza for your excellent customer service regarding this product. Based thereon, I purchased this Alexa, which is very easy to use. I love it!

I bought this to add an extension of sorts to my eero mesh network. My home is roughly 1850 sq ft. I have an eero 6 pro and a beacon. I placed the echo over 30 feet from either of the other two devices and get a message that it’s too close and hence won’t activate. The amazon echo portion works fine but its the eero integration why i purchased this update after having just updated my echos a few months prior. The sound is awesome. The clock interface is helpful but both are currently outweighed by my sheer disappointment in the lack of functionality. There is no reason that at over 30 feet and a weaker point of connection in my home that its deemed too close to allow operation. I spoke with eero and they “think” that “could be” the issue. No guarantee , nor any offer to actually log into my network and check the signal strength so as to provide certainty to as it being the actual issue. Which in the past had been a primary point of their service and one that has seen me become a loyal customer over the last 4 years. As all these devices are also meant to operate on the matter standard this shouldn’t evenbe an issue to begin with.

It works great volume is good for both listening to music and also the alarm

very good, 100% recommend because the audio is great and the range of its uses is awesome.

It's fine if you're using it for a clock, it's functionality is much to be desired. Sometimes it registers a command sometimes it doesn't I'll ask it to perform a command and it'll just go on limbo.

gifted to my 9 year old son on his birthday. he like it very much and keep it busy all the time. it learning with fun as Alexa responds and answers all his questions. it is his perfect gift.

I love my Alexa, it works great with my phone and another devices.

I don't even have cable, lol but I have successfully automated the majority of my small home with two of these. She's not very bright but you can teach her.

So far we love this its perfect you can ask her anything and she has an answer

If you don't know the answer Alexa does just ask Alexa anything cuz she knows everything makes your life so much easier to flick of a switch

More useful than I thought, I can control the television, the lights, my video game and even my microwave with my simple voice, highly recommended

I was in doubt about getting Alexa. But honestly, it made my life easier. I can control devices from work.
