Tablet is great for reading, and some gaming. I am using Amazon more and more and felt it was time to get a fire tablet. I got it on a black Friday special and it has 32gb of storage plus a micro sd slot so memory should be no problem.

The fire hd8 32gb is a good tablet. Decent space in the device for apps, but the ram is lacking. It'd be nice if it had at least 2gb of ram, but for the price it's ok. I recommend searching how to install "google play" onto the device. It's very easy to do.

Got the kids edition for my daughter already so I had to get a tablet for my son. He loved using her’s so this was a given. As parents we love these tablets for our kids. Ease of use & the free educational content Amazon provides

We haven't use these yet as they are gifts for Christmas. The 5 stars go to Best Buy and their mobile app via the purchases. I hope this time the charging port on the tablet continues to work even after a year. The last one failed.

Love the ease of use. I read lots of books and this device is great. I always know were I left off and can resume reading anytime on my tablet or pc or smartphone.

Excellent inexpensive tablet. I added playstore ans Google apps to make it more Android. If you're looking for a cheap tablet that has great battery life, get this one.

I've bought 3 kindles and only because they were dropped so many times that eventually the screens cracked. However, they still work great and they are so cheap compared to other tablets.

I bought this tablet for me and I have been enjoying it ever since. I watch movies on it all the time and check my emails, Very easy to use.

Replaced my Fire hdx 7 A bit bigger, but comfortable to use. Seems a bit slower than my 7 was Graphics are good I can read books in bright sun better than the 7

I love my Kindle. I use it everyday. It is so easy to use and it goes to where I want right away. I read a lot of books on it and watch TV shows and movies. It is not too akward to hold.

Another win for the Amazon team! the Amazon Fire 8" it's just... PERFECT (in my opinion of course). No down side, all pro's for it at an unbeatable prize for the 32GB.

Outside of the built in spam, it is overall a fairly decent product. My biggest problem is getting rid of books I no longer want and clear the memory. When I try to delete or remove a book, it continues to return to my Fire. It makes no difference whether I delete it from the device or my account, it keeps showing up like a bad penny. I much prefer the nook system for removing items. Outside of this I like the Fire, but will not get rid of my nooks

Great cheap device, especially for kids. Good video quality and decent processing power. But this is really a media and web browsing tablet. Memory is limited. And while there is a microSD slot, not all downloads can be stored and accessed from the microSD memory. A great entertainment and travel device but it cannot compete or replace an iPad. Also beware that this Fire Tablet has some compatibility issues with Google Play Store. It is not has easy to download and install apps as with an Apple device.

It was a great price and I open it everyday to play games or use Alexia. It was really a bonus to get this feature free. Still need to download some of the other features but all in good time. Don't really know if the battery lasts any longer than my Kindle Fire 7 but I enjoy having it and hope it lasts as long as my old one. Wish the case and screen protector sheet were not so expensive. Between the both of them it almost equals what I paid for the Kindle Fire 8.

I love my Amazo-Fire HD8! It's just the right weight and size for reading in bed. I use it to do all of my reads! Wouldn't trade it for anything!
