FireTV is a cable cutters dream with the Sling App, but it gets better with the Fire Game Controller because I can control FireTV app games as if I was playing on a gaming station. The best part... it's portable. Want to take your TV and Games on vacation. Unplug, Pack, and Plug it back in when you reach your destination. Connect back to Wi-Fi... Game on!!!

Well I finally broke down and ordered the remote. What a great accessory. I will say though the batteries do not last long no matter what the brand you buy

Added a new dimension of fun

Games was really not part of the decision to purchase the original device. After purchasing this controller kind of on a whim it was one of the best purchases made in quite some time. We've been able to add some family game night time and a few individual games that we can play other than what we have on the gamimg system. The controls work early great, intuitive sometimes and there is a pretty good selection games with options getting better all the time.some games allow you to use a smart phone instead but having a game controller is the better way to go
