There have been many versions of this movie. However, this miniseries is the best. The added time allows for greater character development and stays true to Agatha Christie's novel with a dark theme. Some of the characters you can't wait to see them get the justice that is due them. A great mystery, period piece and a fantastic cast. A must have for Mystery or Christie fans.

Bought this the other day at my local BB and popped it in just to peruse the quality of the transfer and I immediately got sucked into the moody foreboding atmosphere and ended up watching the entire movie. The best part about it was that unlike other versions that have been made, this one was set in the same era AND most importantly, did not deviate from the original bleak ending.

Having seen the 1940's version and being disappointed, I was curious about this modern version. Being presented on the BBC immediately upped the interest quotient. Compared to the 1940's film, this update returns to the novels TRUE ending and was more faithful to the sense of foreboding and dread. Highly reccomended.

There are many versions of Christie's mystery, but this production of "And Then There Were None" gives more enlighten get detail of the various crimes committed by each seemingly innocent character. I love the ending as it is based on the book. Too bad the epilogue was not included. My only criticism is the pacing which was dreadfully slow.

Impressive production of the novel "And Then There Were None," with top-notch acting, mood and atmosphere. It has more of a "horror film" feel to it than any of the other filmed versions of this Agatha Christie classic, which I personally love.

This updated Christie thriller is still exciting entertainment....darker and more engaging than previous movie versions.

One of my fav books. Loved both black n white movie versions. For me, I love the dark tones and vibe of this mini series. All of the actors did a great job. 2 reasons this did not get 5 stars: Have to watch last episode on second disk. The very end was good, but not great.

Great adaption of the classic book adapted for the screen and for the first time I know of keeping the darker content of the book.

If you like movies like "Clue" you will love this movie. Will keep you guessing until the end. Very entertaining mystery!

Doesn't replace the 40's all star version, but a gripping, well designed edition of the Agatha Christie classic.

Best Agatha Christie adaptation I've ever seen and can't believe it aired on Lifetime. The blu ray is a stunner and worth the purchase. Highly recommended.

This reminds me of clue but more modern even more of a guess, if you have the time sit and watch it.

The book was one of the first Agatha Christie mysteries I read. Glad to see it as a movie. Just as good as the first one.

This is best live action adaption of And Then There Were None. Very enjoyable.

This is a good mystery movie. It is very different from the older black and white version and much longer. Good acting.

If you are familiar only with the 1945 movie, this is considerably darker. It follows the book, not the Hayes code.
