I bought this product to protect my cable/phone modem rather than purchase the battery backup offered by my cable company. Why waste money purchasing THEIR battery backup which ONLY works on their product? This UPS will power ANY device that you need to keep on when you lose power! If your cell phone is dying and the power is off, just plug it in to the UPS. I wish there was more juice in the battery, but I didn't buy an expensive UPS, so it will serve it's purpose at a good value.

I like this product its got a lot of ports and is easy to use.

The battery back up surge protector was purchased at an excellent price (under $60 if I recall correctly). We seldom need to worry about the power going out, though it is nice to have even a 10 minute window to save our work if electricity goes out. Seems solid built, considering purchasing more for other office equipment here.

We use the home computer as the backbone of our small business, and having a secured power source in the event of power failures is critical. This is basically a $50 insurance policy!

I plugged this to charge it overnight and then used it to back up my key components such as computers and modem. No trouble with any kind of noises or false alerts. Better than the more feature laden 10 outlet model, standing model. The outlets on this model are easy to see and use since the unit lays flat on the floor.

Very dependable product. Have used these over the last 20 years. Never had any problems. Have used for business and home.

Bought this for a replacement UPS that died. Does its job. May of went for the next grade up but based on od need, it was close to all that I needed for Battery Backup and Surge Protection.

As you can imagine, living in Florida has its challenges; weather being a big one. We have multiple brown-outs every summer, and I was losing valuable information on my computers. After purchasing this product, and experiencing multiple brown-outs, my computers now stay on without a hitch. Why didn't I purchase this product long ago????

I have purchased well over a hundred of these UPS' for office use purposes and they have generally been very reliable. One nice to have feature I would like to see APC add at some point would be an LCD screen with at least some basic diagnostics capabilities.

I wanted a low end UPS to power webcams during power outages. As a long time APC customer I knew I would happy with their product. For the price this model is an effective solution for webcams.

This is good for a PC, 2 monitor setup. I wouldn't put too much more on it than that, but it will clean the power if it's dirty and keep the machine up long enough to save work and shut down.

Works as indicated and the warranty is good for three years in case it doesn't. Keep your receipt or they will go by the manufacturer date for warranty purposes.

Overall a good product for protecting your computer. Plugs are well spaced, and the battery is easily accessible when it needs to be changed in the future.

Had one for quite a few years and worked fine. All of a sudden it quit and had to order another. The first one last a long time so why not go with another.

I got this for backup during the hurricane and it came in really great, even sent 1 to Bahamas to help out

WORKS VERY WELL. BACKUP BATTERY IS THE BEST. LASTS LONG TIME.

Keeps me from having to reset things when the power blinks out.

We continuously had power surges in the room where one computer was located but after connecting to the battery back up the problem was solved.
