    Overall it’s an excellent backup system with good indicators giving backup status and how long it would backup if power went out. Only complaint is that there is not enough room to easily plug in multiple large sized plugs common on some printers/scanners etc.

    Purchase this for my modem and computer. Recently had a power failure and the backup kicked in immediately. Happy to have this extra security. It was easy to set up and connect the two items.

    The product worked one time when needed. It started making a loud beeping noise in the middle of the night and had to be unplugged. The item is not a year old and will not work anymore. Trying to troubleshoot now.

    Have had this device several months. It replaced an older but similar model APC backup unit. Power has gone out twice from spring storms and unit has powered laptop, router, phone and printer for several hours.
