    Pros - Long cord, good price, 1080 Joules, Lifetime warranty. Cons - The outlets on the surge protector are a little tight (when plugging things in). There is no photo on the website of the end of the cord that plugs into the wall. It would be helpful if a photo was added.

    Altogether a solid surge protector that should protect most of the surge that'll get thrown at it. Biggest downside is no covers for unused outlets, otherwise I'd be buying at least a half dozen of these.

    With the advent of work at home and school at home, the need for reliable power to connect a few, small draw devices that are not near existing outlets. Rather than just an extension cord, I have long relied on surge protectors to prevent damage to electronic gear from power fluctuation. This unit meets the need for a small TV and cable box or streaming device. If you're looking to protect more devices - powered speakers, voice assistants, etc - in addition to the basic two I mentioned, a more robust unit would be needed. I would, however, still recommend APC as I have used them in both my home and at work for many years.
