Much faster than my old one! With the larger screen opening 2 programs with the use split screens is awesome!

I bought this iMac for photo editing and I’m really enjoying the experience. Looking forward to upgrading the RAM.

Kids love it ! Its very fast and it works for all of the needs from school work to games and video uploads .

This is my third iMac since 2006. The last was a 2011 21.5” that Apple sent me when I was beta testing software. Over the last 8 years it’s been a workhorse but was getting too slow for my photographic needs. I purchased an additional 16Gb of RAM from OWC after buying this new one with a 27” 5K display which makes my photos look amazing, and I no longer have to wait forever for the computer to start up. Very happy with it.

I purchased my own iMac Desktop as I have retired from my university position. I love anything made by Apple. This new desktop Mac does not disappoint. Beautiful screen and fast! I don't need the additional screens because this giant screen allows me to work on up to three documents at the same time by splitting the screen.

My MacBook Pro was stolen out of my car and my hubby and I had already been talking about getting an iMac so I decided on this model because I’m a photographer and videographer. The big screen makes my job so much easier! And it also works as a great tv! Blown away by the picture quality!

The upgrades have made it smooth to use. I use it for editing and Final Cut Pro works great

Nice screen size. A few days after purchasing this P.C., I had issues with the color and issues with it starting up. Wish it offered more though considering the price.. like maybe a touchscreen option

Bought this to replace my 12 year old iMac that worked great for us all those years. This new series is so much more advanced and the speed is awesome. I could never again go back to windows based computers for personal use (I do use them for work) Price is the only down side to buying anything MAC, but the old attage always goes "ya get what ya pay for"

The colors are amazing; crisp, clear, sharp; pick your adjective. The 27 inch screen is perfect for my desktop. I have used iMacs for a long time and have always liked them; this one just adds to the list of reasons to stay with the product. If it isn't broke, don't fix it; Apple has simply made a good product better. You can't go wrong with this one.

Only two days in with this machine, and I’ve owned Mac mini’s all the way back to 2009. In fact 3 of them so I tried to go with the Space Gray mini with i3 processor, and let me say I could have been content because it was way faster than my 2014 model. And so there I was with my Mac mini and a Dell 1080p monitor. I’d seen the 5k screen on the iMacs, and it wouldn’t let me go! I felt it was time to move away from the minis to another level, and mannnnnn! I’m glad I did! The Retina display alone! Really awesome machine! The speed I’m simply not used to, my plan is to upgrade the ram to at least 16 gigs! And compared to the mini it’s extremely easy to add more memory! I’ll have to update this review later when I’ve had more time to get around on it! Can’t go wrong with Apple or Best Buy! Got an open box buy to boot!

Everything I expected from an iMac. Easy to use and super fast.

Overall happy with the purchase. Not an Apple fan but the significant other is making this an Apple household. This came in extremely helpful with everything going on in 2020 and kids doing school from home. All the built in features. Included Bluetooth keyboard/mouse with decent battery life. Opted to one with a dedicated graphics card. Little out dated but still handles some gaming rather well. Apple has moved away from making these really upgradable. Can easily access/upgrade the memory from a back panel that pops out and rather simple to do. For some reason Apple is so much more expensive for the same hardware, but I’ve had 0 issues since purchase and has handled anything we needed it for.
