I purchased the refurbished iPad Pro 11" M4 model. This product works like expected, with fast performing speeds and deep color on the screen. The device overall was in fair condition; however, it did have some scratches on the screen. Please keep this in mind if this is a concern for you. I like the overall size, it is the perfect mix of portable, but big enough to do all tasks I need. It is also lightweight and easy to carry around or travel with, without weighing me down.
I use the apple pencil pro with the iPad and it pairs flawlessly. It takes a little bit to get used to, but once you get it, I really appreciate the additional features it offers and look forward to more apps connecting to it down the road.
I don't have much to share on the battery life, because I normally like to see how it is over an extended period of time, but so far, it has been lasting 8-10 hours when fully charged depending on what I'm doing.
Note: I put a screen protector on to help protect the screen, and thankfully it helps cover some of the scratches.

I bought this for my wife as a replacement for a VERY OLD iPad she had that just didn't have the space or performance it once had (PLUS the battery was marginal on the old one.)
She is VERY pleased with the replacement, since the speed and quality of the images and cameras are amazing. I'm also very pleased that I was able to get this as a discount for being refurbished (and making my wife HAPPY.)

Poor packaging . No orginal accessories . Just a bad experience. Pay 20/30 more and go open box for a deal - stay away from this . Can’t even protect with apple care
