Sound is good, crisp and clear. Mic is not bad but not HD. Bought refurbished, just fyi they came used with ear wax already on it so i had to deep clean before use. Gross! Battery life is more than 6 hours I think. Not too bad.

The AirPods works super loud the battery life is really good

100/100 i had the 1st generation airpods and these are a major upgrade!!!!, these are great the sound and quality are just beautiful. I can hear every instrument and beat in these AirPods and they fit in my ears perfectly *they are definitely big ears friendly*. And it feels like i got the noise cancellation version as well so definitely get them if you are thinking about getting some new AirPods.

They were really good as new love them and wear them all the time. It’s literally the fourth pair I had bought the three other pairs I bought brand new and each time I gave to one of my kids now they all have a pair let’s see if I keep these or give them to my Greandson Next lol any I love them

This product works so good for being a refurbished item, I would recommend buying refurbished items from Best Buy all of the time.

I loved these headphones but my only complaint is about the packaging of the refurbished products. The box in which they came in was covered in stickers ( like return stickers or other markings)

The packaging box is like garbage. The earphones I received have been opened. There are many scratches inside. There is no manual. New earphones should have a new plastic cover, but this one does not have one.

They are great headphones and very light weight. They slip out of the ear less than my PROS did

I recently bought a pair of refurbished Apple EarPods from Best Buy, and I’m honestly impressed. The packaging was simple but clean, and the EarPods looked almost brand new no visible scratches or signs of wear. Sound quality is just like the original ones: clear mids and highs, decent bass, and great for calls or casual music listening. I was a little hesitant buying refurbished, but these work flawlessly so far.

Exceptional quality, comfort, sound quality, and has a nice comfortable secure fit! Noise cancelling is the best and main feature I wanted! Battery life is a plus to be so small it takes little to no time to charge and the charge lasts up to 3 days without being charged again!

I was worried about open box item but the product has shown no issues. Battery life and sound quality are great
