I’ve been very happy with these. I bought them refurbished and have had no issues with them. The box they came in was very beat up, but everything inside was perfect. The noise canceling and battery are both excellent, and I used them extensively on an international flight following my purchase. I’ve had no issues with them, and use them daily with multiple Apple products and various other products aswell. They were a meaningful upgrade over the AirPods Pro 1st generation.

Buying these refurbished AirPods was a first for me. All feature works, and looked like new out of the box. The first thing I noticed was the Med. air tips were missing as this size seems to be the most popular. Pairing was a breeze on all my apple products. The only issue is that these AirPods are probably still on the prior owner’s account, and I can’t complete the setup. I’m getting the “Mismatched” error message and I can’t use the “Find My” app to locate them. I definitely need Geek Squad help to resolve this when I get a chance, otherwise these are going back to returns or exchange.

As someone who commutes a lot and needs to stay focused during the day, the noise cancellation on these has been a game changer for me. The 2x improvement over the previous model is extremely noticeable, as i can now hear dramatically less background noise when I'm trying to concentrate. Hooking them up to my phone with Bluetooth was simple! Just hold down the button on the back of the case while your phone is searching for a device. What I wasn’t expecting was that upon hooking them up to my phone with Bluetooth, without even being on a call yet, the noise cancellation was activated.. I never realized how loud the world was before I had these. But they didn’t make everything so silent that you are not completely aware of your surroundings, thanks to transparency mode which you can easily switch in or out of. It’s useful when I'm walking through a busy city street or while I’m at home with my kids so that I can hear any nearby conversations, traffic noises, announcements, or people speaking to you, without having to constantly take the earbuds out! I don't feel isolated from my environment this way. Needless to say, the audio quality while in call, or listening to music is flawless. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to actually hear the other caller or music with such clarity, and the caller could hear me perfectly too thanks to the personalized spatial audio and volume adjustments that really tailored the experience to my preferences. I love how immersed I feel in my music and podcasts. The comfortable silicone tips also help keep the AirPods securely in my ears while doing chores at home or during workouts. I will admit that at first I wasn’t sure if they would actually stay in my ear the whole time without slipping out, because regardless of which size tip I put in (they include 3 different sized silicone tips), it just felt like it wasn’t going to hold, but to my surprise it held quite well without me having to constantly push it back in. As for the battery life, I can get up to 6 hours of use with the noise cancellation feature on, versus the 4.5 hours of the previous model. And the MagSafe charging case extends that to a total of 24 hours, so I rarely have to worry about running out of battery. As a frequent earbud user, the upgrades in these 2nd generation AirPods Pro have been nothing short of amazing! The noise cancellation, transparency, and audio customization features make them a pleasure to use in all the settings of my busy life. Please don’t hesitate to consider getting a refurbished product from Bestbuy! The Geek Squad certified refurbished condition ensures that you’re getting a high quality product at a better value. These are 100% worth it!! My best purchase this year! Don’t let the fact that they are refurbished discourage you. These look, sound, and come feeling brand new fresh out of the box. I’ve had no trouble and I’ve had them for about 2 months. The sound quality is perfect. The battery life is great, last almost a week when I use them everyday for hours at a time. These do connect to the Find My Location app on iPhone and you can change the name of them once they connect to your phone. There are 4 different sound modes that work fantastic. The calling is great too, everything you’d expect and more. In the box it came with a charger and a little direction sheet thing. The shipping was also great and I was updated almost everyday on their arrival. If you are thinking about getting these, do it!!! They are worth it all the way and I am told they last years on end if taken care of properly.

I bought the apple air pods 2 pro open box geek squad refurbished for 150 dollars, and I was very impressed! They work and sound like brand new. I am very satisfied and would recommend to others.

Comfortable, noise cancellation is helpful in loud environments. The noise (cancellation) displacement in quiet environments is noticeably distracting to me. I the price from Black Friday sales saves me nearly $65 so I can feel better about my purchase.

They look just like they came from apple my only issue was the packaging because the box was wrapped with clear tape and has a box yellow sticker on it but for the price they are great i have had no issues and all of the features work including find my iphone

These are the first AirPods that I’ve owned and thus far it’s been an amazing experience; they’re comfortable, sound great, and have incredible battery life. Best Buy offers a stupendous deal with these refurbished AirPods, they appeared to be brand new with no signs of wear.

I switched from airpods to pro recently. The quality of sound is amazing, being mindful of conversation and lower the volume is also an amazing feature. I am yet to test 6 hours battery life but I do have to point out even though I ordered a refurbished version, it didn't even feel like. The packaging was a bit ruff puff but the product inside looked new. Thank you best buy.

I had been looking for the best price on these when I found the Certified Refurbished AirPods Pro 2 for a great price at Best Buy. I wanted to use them as hearing aids and they connected effortlessly to my iphone. I downladed and ran the hearing test and in minutes began my adventure in hearing. I can use one at a time or 2 and the case holds a charge of it's own so it has not been a problem of running out of charge. I use them to place and receive calls and listen to music. I couldn't be happier.

I hesitated for a bit because of the reviews but ultimately pulled the trigger and i was surprised in a positive way. They’re just like new. No regrets just hope they will last me as long as last pair.

RISK: MAY NOT COME WITH EAR TIPS This item should be sold as "Open Box", not "Refurbished". I know I am not the only one who received the item without the ear tips included. I ordered in the hopes that other reports I had seen were flukes, until I got mine the same way (only XS size, which are useless to me). The first solution offered was to return and order again. But more likely than not, I would just get the same thing again, so I'm not going to waste my time. I ordered new tips from Apple, but at that point, there was hardly any discount compared to buying new ones at the sale price. I guess it depends on your situation. If new ones are at full price, it's worth the major discount for these OPEN BOX airpods. If new ones are on sale, just order those - these "geek squad refurbished" aren't worth the hassle. The only saving grace is that I was offered a small additional discount from the customer service rep as compensation. It was not enough to offset the ear tips I had to order, but it made the situation better, hence 2 starts instead of 1. Kicking myself for not getting the new ones on sale... by the time my open box airpods arrived, the sale was over.

Bought the reconditioned earbuds Apple pro twos was wondering how good that a recondition would be awesome like brand new only thing didn’t get original box but I got everything else. Is there changeable tips would recommend buying a reconditioned from Best Bug

I honestly didnt expect them to be in good condition and looking brand new like mine did! honestly idk what I was expecting but i seen some people say their airpods didnt come with a box but mine did. not only that but they came with a charger and airbuds that you can switch out ! they were brand new and everything! if ur seeing this this is ur sign to BUY!

Honestly, they sound great! I didn't think I'd be able to tell the difference between these and the Gen 1 Pros, but it's crazy. Outside of the sound, the AirPods themselves are okay. They have moments of random disconnection and reconnection, but it was somewhat expected since I bought refurbished. Other than that, they're a great product, and I'd recommend.

If you own an iPhone, Airpods area must and these are there best out there. Sounds quality, comfort, and features - the best buy far, and I've tried a lot!
