I was expecting airpods that had been thoroughly cleaned, but when I opened them there were gray spots all over the right airpod, and earwax on the speakers. I'm highly dissatisfied with this product. Hard to see the grey spots bc of camera quality sorry.

The right side didn’t work, need to go and get exchanged which not so convinience

Work perfect when I first got it, but now my left one is not working at all and it says not returnable so I don’t know what to do about it

A very convenient and easy to use product, very useful

They work ok but the left side is the faulty one. Even when it’s fully charged, it doesn’t respond right away, gets disconnected and I’m stuck using the right one only.

I would not recommend anybody to buy these AirPods every minute they disconnect

The case came with scratches, but it's not scary. I used headphones for 2.5 months and my left one stopped working. I rebooted them and reconnected, nothing works. It doesn't work completely. And when I put left AirPod in case, it doesn't charge.

My AirPods are not working I can’t hear anything on them

Given my positive experience, I have not felt the need to explore or invest in alternative products. Overall, I consider them a wise choice, and I remain satisfied with my decision to purchase them.

Finally bit the bullet and purchased Airpods. These were on sale during Black Friday bringing them under $100. Best Buy processed my price match request quickly because I bought these for $110 a week before Black Friday. Work much better than any of my knock off wireless headphones. Connection to Apple products is seamless. Battery life is great. I've gone over a week without charging the case. Sound quality is good enough for taking Zoom and phone calls. Microphone seems fine. Fits well in my small ears.

My daughter was stunned when she unwrapped the package I gave her to reveal airpods! I'm so glad bestbuy.com offers these refurb items, it has made my daughter so happy. I know material things aren't really that important, but she loves music, and is a teenager; so having actual wireless headphones to pair with her iPhone is a huge deal for her. She says they work great, so that's good enough for me. The item itself looked new, and everything was easy for her to figure out and connect.
