This Mac Mini is beyond what I ever could of imagined. I am a apple product consumer thru and thru. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a cheap, yet totally reliable computer that is great for all your computer needs. I have no complaints for this computer.

I love this thing!

I've stayed away from apple for so long because of their price tag. Then, 2 months ago, I heard about the mac mini. I shopped around and watched for any deals that might come up when I saw Best Buy offer a refurbished one for $399. I snatched it up and the rest is history. If I had to say there was a con to this device, it's that you can't upgrade the RAM yourself, so I expect down the road I may be disappointed in having only 4 GB. For now though, I'm in love.

Always wanted to try an Apple Mac

Very good. Easy to use. No problem setting up. Hooked it to my 32" HDMI television port with no issues. Used an old USB keyboard and mouse that was instantly recognized. Fun to explore. Great value for casual user.

Refurb Mac mini - great way to save money

With the refurb option from Best Buy, you can save 15-20% and get a fully functional pc with the se warranty as a new one. Aside from the packaging, there are no indicators it is a refurb. Highly recommended product.
