Purchase and pick up went very smooth. Works great so far. Very happy that I found this 256gb iPad for this price. Bought it primarily for travel (watching movies, tv shows, playing games). I found that using bluetooth earphones will drain the iPad battery fairly quickly. Luckily it has a headphone jack and I still have my earphones that I can plug in. There is a very minor chip or 2 on the back but unnoticeable once I have it in a case. Thank you Best Buy!!!
