Big mistake

Battery capacity should be at 100% on a "certified refurbished" phone, not 80%. Checked battery health and got battery message that battery health is degraded. I contacted Best Buy and they said the phone is not under warranty and I would need to pay for a new battery. I have had the phone for two weeks! I feel I got ripped off.

I know it's the same phone because I returned it in store and it now back for sale. It is listed as Verizon phone but is carrier locked. Maybe it is actually a Verizon pre paid? who knows but proceed with caution.

Best Buy will Screw Up

Best Buy Does Not Own Up to Its Mistakes

Not to be trusted

Very happy once I got the right iPhone

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first phone I was sent was a iPhone 2nd gen instead of the 3rd gen refurbished I had ordered and the battery health was down to 78% (correct SKU # on the box but wrong phone inside). I returned it to the store and got a replacement. The replacement was perfect and battery health was 100%. I was very happy in the end.

Did not work on Verizon network

It was supposed to be a Verizon-locked phone that worked with my existing account. Had to return it.
