Horrible, item is pretty much useless. Can’t update, install new apps or open previously owned. Cant forget to mention the 30-45 min battery life. Waste of money

Horrible, my daugjter couldn't download any games. It shuts down on her even tho it's completetly charged. Can't even update the tablet

The iPad works fine. I was unaware that the latest update is not available.

Got the Ipad and tried to update and cant update. Thats the only downside. But other than that it was in good condition and it was really good taken care of.

It was a great price for this iPad. My son wanted one and I wouldn’t get him a brand new one as he’s only 5! He uses it to talk to his dad who is in the military and it makes him feel special

This item was a junk and outdated. Bestbuy should not have sold these products. The saddest part is that I bought two of them that I was planning on giving as gifts. I was so disappointed. Even Apple won’t even consider them for a trade.

It was so outdated you can’t even download apps on it. You guys didn’t disclose that when I purchased it. Apple said the resale value of it is $1. I felt like I was tricked and robbed. I wanted a refund onto my original payment method or on a gift card for apple and they refused and gave me a store credit I’ll never probably use. Very disappointed.

The battery don't work well, my kid can play only 40 minutes before dies

Product came out too long ago it receives no more updates.

It still work perfectly well since I got it a year ago. My father took it from him and is now using it too.

Works great as a kid play ipad but can not download netflix and orher streaming services due to not being to update but still great serves purpose

Sadly I had to return this item. I bought it for my daughter to play educational games for school and every time she would play for a few minutes the app would shut down, it did this with multiple apps, then it started shutting down completely. It was rather sad for her. So we returned it and got a newer version.
