    I was told my iPhone 14 Pro is still sitting on a skid at the storage room of the store and that I will not get it on release date due to not much staff helping with the preorders arrival. Bad planning. Bad management. All my friends got theirs at the Harrisburg store today without any issues. I called bestbuy 1800 they told me to wait or cancel… What a experience this has been.
