The case has started tearing literally 1 week after getting it. I haven't dropped my phone once. I don't put my phone in my pocket. It just tears at the corners and around the sides. What doesn't make sense is that i use a magsafe charger, but the whole backside of the case is scratch free.

I’ve been using the case for just two months. Is and the edges around the screen started to degrade about three weeks in. I am hoping this is just a defective unit and that not all of them are like this. I don’t believe it comes with any warranty and it’s beyond the return period so all I can do is write this review. I love the look and feel of the case and like that it’s not super bulky but I’d rather a bulky case than one I have to replace every month. And I am not a rugged user. All I do is put it in And out of my pocket maybe 20 times a day and other than that it lies Flat on my desk near my computer while I work. Shame on Apple for selling a product this poor quality

I would not recommend Apple brand cases at all. I’ve had both the silicone and leather cases and both types wear very quickly and do not hold up to very light regular use. I have had this specific case for less than a month. I purchased it as “open-box Excellent”

Poor Quality Control as the silicone around all four corners started to peel away after just 2 days of use. Comparing this case to my iPhone 12 case the strength around the edge of the case is also noticeable weaker around the buttons and pulls away from the phone with just the slightest thumb movement. This has happened to all 3 cases I have purchased and exchanged.

I just recently got the new iPhone 14 pro max and I stopped into Best Buy to see what type of cases were available for my phone. In the past I used OtterBox but was looking for a case that had a tight enough fit and also was easy to remove if needed and most importantly was compatible with my MagSafe charger, after looking at all the available choices I decided on the Apple brand case. It is easy to grip while in your hand.

It’s the BEST of the BEST! Have used the iPhone Apple 12 Pro Max silicone case for 3 years & now have the Apple 14 Pro Max silicone case. Fits perfectly & the phone does not slip out of your hand - AND so comfortable to hang on to!!! Exceptional quality!!!

Apple cases are always a good option for a new iPhone: good fit, good feeling, good durability. Plus this one has MagSafe, which is a plus. In the future I would like to see BBY carrying more colors.

I really like the color. I had Apple torquise before. It was the brightest they had when I bought my 14 Pro Max.....bright keeps me from leaving it on the table. But I dropped it and the covering just started to fall apart. Weird. I was going to buy non Apple but I really like the feel and magnet on it. So I spent the extra money. Again.

Great protection for my iPhone 14Pro Max. It fits tight and doesn’t feel slippery. It also has MagSafe feature on this case. I would recommend buying this product.

I typically buy Apple’s leather iPhone case, but chose silicone instead this year. I purchased the yellow case, and despite being a light color, it hasnt picked up any blemishes, or discoloration from sweaty hands. The silicone material is comfortable to hold, and the case isn’t too thick. My device feels sleek with the case on. I definitely recommend a silicone case to anyone “on the fence” about buying a silicone or leather Apple case.

A really good case in all honesty. I love the green color and it does not get dirty easily. I have had it for a year and it just now started to get a bit dirty but it is very easy to clean and it protects my phone very well. My phone fell like 10 times but never broke or cracked because of this case.

The case is very sleek and comfortable in my hands. I find myself having to clean it as it slowly gets smudged up by my hands, but it doesn't collect even close to as many specs and particles as the phone cases I've had in the past. I've owned this case for over a year now, and it only has two tiny tears on the edges, but nothing that's inconvenient or uncomfortable—I hardly notice them unless I actively look for them. Needless to say, it's durable, and I would definitely buy it again. I should note that I haven't dropped my phone on anything hard where it could be damaged, only on high carpet from a couple of feet. If you're wondering how well it protects the cameras, as I mentioned, I haven't dropped it where I would be concerned about it, but when setting it on tables, the edges of the camera are safe in my experience. However, do note that your phone still won't sit flat nicely on a table because of the camera, but you would have that issue without a case anyways. Overall, I've been happy with it, but you will want to clean it every once in a while. It has kept my phone safe from micro-scratches and dents as it's paired with a reliable screen protector.

It offers great protection and it stays on you lap or in your pocket without sliding out. It is also very slim and I have gotten many compliments on the color. The only cons would be that it stays in your pocket a little too well and pulls the pocket cloth out with it and it can crack easily is you drop your phone and when it does replacing it isn’t super fun at the price point.
