I needed up grade my phone and the 5s is a great upgrade. I have plenty of room left to upload or download many more apps and sites. Very happy

After having an iPhone 4 ( which was great until the ios7 update bogged it down so much it was barely usable) , I was sure I loved the apple concept but was unsure about how they upgrade and intruduce new products . So I decided a galaxy s5 was the perfect " no more apple" phone for me , except I quickly realized it wasn't. After for a few months I realized that the iPhone 5s was actually the perfect phone (well, almost) . First off the galaxy is just too big , I'm in the construction trades and just having such a massive phone in my pocket it's bound to get crushed quick . Second, the bloatware, and there's a lot of it . Why spend that much on a phone with so much space already dedicated to junk! After deciding on the iPhone (2 mo ago )I quickly realized my decision was the right one. It's the perfect size, speed , and I think it likes me too.....

I had gotten the iPhone 5 when it first came out and a few months later I decided I wanted to try something new. So, I switched to the Galaxy S3 and it was ok at first but man oh man, I only had that phone for about 7-8 months and could not take it anymore. Android is the worst operating system EVER!! I couldn't WAIT to get back to my beloved iPhone! So, I got the iPhone 5S when it came out. I absolutely love the fingerprint scanner feature. I was a bit skeptical about it at first as I wondered how well it would actually work. It really does work great, I love it! The camera takes awesome pictures. The sound is nice and loud. The battery life does seem to be better than previous iPhone models. And I've got to say, it is pretty fast. It's good to have the iPhone back and will never stray from it again!! I recommend this phone 100%... I talked my mom into getting the iPhone about a year ago and she also says she will never get rid of her iPhone.

Had a i4s prior to this i5s and it was a good phone. This i5s is a great phone!!! Faster processor, a bit larger screen and the battery is fabulous! I keep most programs closed out rather than leaving them running, but I did the same with my 4s and this battery seems to last quite a bit longer. Granted it is still new, but nevertheless it does a great job. For me, it's the perfect size phone, fits my med. large hands exactly as it should. I use my phone mostly as a communication device, (phone, text, email) and not as much for web surfing or gaming, I have a iMac for that. None of the competitors really appealed to me as I am very comfortable with and like Apple's OS and don't think anyone has done anything any better, they're just different and I still think Apple owns the term "user friendly"! This phone is for me, the right size, fast, has the features I need and has a outstanding display and resides in a Otterbox Defender which IMHO, is the perfect set up to carry around in order to stay in touch!

The iPhone 5S is a great phone all around. Very responsive with iOS7, takes great photos and video. The phone itself is light weight, fits the hand comfortably and is easily carried in the front pocket. Worth the upgrade for any iPhone fan.

Great phone very user friendly, perfect size stylish look, so far battery life seems fine price is a little much but overall a Great buy I would recommend this for everyone. I'm over 50 years old and had no trouble with startup of this device. Apps are easy to download and pretty inexpensive or free.

Again, my son went from a very old android to this iPhone for christmas and he actually communicates with us more, because of its speed and intuitive design!

I did the best buy advertised special, upgrade for your iphone 4 for $1, and I took advantage of it. I'm glad I did, I actually like the bigger size and the better camera/pictures, etc. and I like having SIRI. I'm pleased with the upgrade and I've had it for about a month or more at this point.

My first experience with an up-to-date phone,old one was purchased in '04. It is very easy to use, taking pictures and videos has been fun. Can't say enough good about it! Was a gift and one of the best I've ever received!

Even with the lightweight sleek design, this phone is a true powerhouse. The LTE is fast and the 8 MP camera is very user friendly. If you actually use it for phone calls, the sound from the speakers is clear with great volume options. Great for tunes too!

I really like this phone. I got it on sale for a great price, and it was absolutely worth the few bucks I spent on it! The battery life is so much better than the android I traded in, and the picture quality is a huge step up. The phone itself has a gorgeous design and is the perfect size to fit in my hand comfortably. But with that comes a smaller screen size. I think that it is well worth that sacrifice though. Definitely the best investment for a mobile device!

This is my first iPhone and I love it! I love the camera on it because you can hit the button and it will take "selfies". I had to turn my phone around with my old phone to do selfies. I have yet to "kill" the battery completely on my phone. The charge lasts me all day/all night long. Overall I just love how easy it is to use. I was intimidated at first because I thought it was going to be too high tech. My only regret is not switching to an iPhone sooner!

Got the best deal after checking around for the iPhone 5s at Best Buy. The sales staff was quick to serve me and very knowledgeable and professional. The phone meets all my expectations. Like the size and it was a good step up from my 4s.

This iPhone 5S is the best one I've had. It's small enough to carry around, but big enough to do everything you need to do, such as take pictures, check email, or even play games! It's not bulky like the newer iPhones out there.

I have nothing but great things to say about my new iPhone 5s. This is my first smartphone and I find it easy to use and very intuitive. The camera is great and actually all features are great! Buy one at Best Buy today!

This is my first Apple I phone. Having been a Galaxy user for many years and I was a bit skeptical about switching over. The ease of use has been amazing. The camera, video recording and multiple options/applications are impressive. I am also loving the lightweight sleek design. I would highly recommend this product.

I feel it's worth every penny! Touch ID will become such a habit, you will try to do it on other devices! Camera is absolutely great, with many functions like Slo-Mo and Panorama! Fast Interaction. Doesn't have the battery problems older apple devices have because of iOS 7! 64 bit A7! HD, Retina Display GOODNESS!!! BUY IT BUY IT!!! 10% Battery per Hour(Depending on use)!!!

I bought two of these after using iPhone 4 for over two years. The iPhone 5 is super fast, battery lasts a good long time. The camera is so much better than the previous phone that I leabve my camera behind intentionally all the time. I highly reccomend this phone and all Apple products.

Product is just as described by Apple. The camera works great. Seems to run faster and smoother. Noticed it's easier to use the web browser while on the phone.

My two year old flip phone was having problems on a daily basis: wouldn't ring, would turn off, would die. I knew I needed a phone soon. BestBuy was running a special the week I got it, giving $50 gift card to upgrade to a smartphone and they price matched Target's sale price so I decided I might as well get it. I really was reluctant to get a smartphone because I am hard on my phones. I also doubted I would use its features. I am very pleased with my decision. It has excellent voice recognition and call quality. For a first smartphone, it was very easy to adjust to and really was no big deal to switch over. The size is reasonable. I wanted something I could keep in my pocket rather than clip on a belt. Adding reminders, alarms, and appointments to the calendar helps keep me organized. I worried about battery life as my flip phone would die before the end of the work day all the time even when it was new. No battery issues whatsoever. I got the Resurgence Power Case by Otterbox. It gives you 2x more battery, is slim and very clean looking. I have not had to use it at all, but like having it just in case. I put the Zagg Glass on the front (because I break most any glass part on a phone) and have not had any problem with keys and change in my pocket scratching it or breaking it. So far so good. I am very satisfied and glad I finally made the switch. Wish I had done it long ago.
