Great phone, significant upgrade from the iPhone 4. However, I think the battery on my 2.5 year old iPhone 4 outlasts the battery on this brand new 5s. There are setting mods that can increase battery life, but out of the box, the battery is not so great. Screen is amazing. Camera is fantastic. App switching is nearly instantaneous. I have a feeling that this phone's capabilities are still pretty far away from reaching its potential ceiling.

Wasn't sure about going to newer model, but happy I did. The LTE is much faster, with a bigger screen. It's also thinner than previous phones. Charging time seems quicker also.

I'm 3 iPhones deep on the "S" upgrade track (3GS, 4S now 5S) and even though I allow myself to get caught up in the release day hype, I truly think these are the best smart phones. Hardware-wise the only new major feature is the fingerprint scan which I use more than i thought I would, it saves you from having to enter your PIN incessantly. The camera is better and has more software features but is still on the back right corner instead of in the middle where it should be leading to fingers sometimes getting in the picture. The speaker also seems weaker than my 4S, I know because my phone is my primary Pandora device. The speakerphone is inadequate in noisy surroundings, and call quality depends on the carrier. I will say though AT&T has spotty call quality, their LTE is sometimes faster than wi-fi!! The major upgrade was the software iOS 7 appears too colorful at first then grows on you, as do all things Apple. I will say it does look like they borrowed some design cues from Android! I'll leave my review at that, but before I do I'll address the competition that seems to be catching up (Galaxy S, Moto X & HTC One) they may do certain things better but none of them have the full package and aren't part of the established Apple/iTunes ecosystem.

At first I didn't want that color. But now I like it. The phone is fast, stylish. And put a protection plan on it just in case.

By far the best iPhone built yet. Love the size. Love the speed. Love the picture quality.

I just love my iPhone 5S, it makes me wonder how i ever lived with out using the touchID. If you are always looking over your shoulder to make sure that no one is just trying to take a peak at your iPhone, this is the phone for you. The iPhone 5S camera does way! better at taking night pictures. What i love about apple over all is the sync capabilities with my iPad and my macbook, i never seem to loose a beat.

I absolutely love my Iphone 5S! I upgraded from the iPhone 4S and, even though the only substantial difference was the touch ID and slight modifications to the body, I couldn't be happier with the new phone! The battery life is great, the phone is lightweight (easier on the wrist than the 4S if you have carpal tunnel issues like me), and has a sleek attractive design. If you're going from one iPhone to the latest and greatest, you will notice it's a bit faster, especially in regards to the mail app.

I love everything about my iphone. 32 GB is enough for me now but I would upgraded to larger memory when I upgrade to newer version of iphone next time.

I purchased this phone as an upgrade from my 4s and so far its proven to be a great phone. Its lighter, camera quality is amazing, the slowmo function is cool and the battery is ok. The phone itself looks great and the gold color is beautiful, not too flashy but subtle. The touch id is a great feature that i was impressed with, worked better than i thought it would. Overall great phone.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my iPhone 5s. The processor is an upgrade over the iPhone 4s and you have better video quality. I wish the battery charge would last longer than a day.

Everything works great on Apple products, all is integrated with each feature. The phone is easy to use and makes sense. You don't have to spend hours and hours trying to figure out how to do things or how to customize. Picture is great. Camera works great. Little features make it great. If you have an email with a tracking number in it, just select it and it opens the website for the tracking info. Siri is awesome and much better than S-voice!!

I love my new phone. It is much faster than the 4, it is easy to operate and it takes great photos.

There may be higher pixel count cameras but that doesn't really matter after about 3 MP. This camera is great. The color-matched flash is nice. The fingerprint recognition works wonderfully! Better than anything on the PC laptops I've used. The new CPU roars like a jet engine through the Apps. iOS 7 glitches about every 6 weeks... Couldn't get AirDrop to work with another iPhone 5S... But I'm still amazed by this Great device!!!!

Replaced my 4s with the 5s and its much faster. Along with Touch ID and improved camera its a great step up if you still have a 4s or older. I really like the parallax, its an awesome effect. IOS7 looks great and is much better then I thought it would be. I thought I would miss my jailbreak but I dont. Its Apple, its an iPhone, its a no brainer.

Love the new size and picture quality. Only downside is really not that many new features on 5S.

Love: -The new fingerprint scanner on the 5s is awesome, I can keep my phone secure, but don't have to use the password all the time. I don't have to worry about people looking over my shoulder as I input the passcode lock in public. - Photo flash really is fantastic at matching the white balance of the image. No more tacky white out flash when taking a photo in a warm-light room in my phone pictures. -Video quality is awesome. The slow motion/high FPS video setting really smooth, crisp slow motion video. The Slow-mo settings translate right into the iMovie software for iPhone to make really great videos on the go! Meh: -the new iOS 7 color scheme is just too bright, It overpowers my plain backgrounds and clashes with my bright backgrounds. Also there is just too much white in some of the apps now: Photos, iCal, Notes Its very straining on the eyes... -This may just be an issue with my device, but the lock button the top of the photo jiggles just a little bit, which causes it to make a TON of noise when the ringer vibrates. This is very very annoying... Though they added the ability to change the vibrate pattern and even design your own, I was able to pick one that made less noise.

My favorite option is the new Touch ID. I love that I can unlock my phone with just a touch and I also love that I can make my ITunes purchases the same way. I upgraded from the 16G to the 32G. The only thing I don't like is that Apple changed the connector, so now all my old cords are not interchangeable (without an adapter), but this isn't a deal breaker. I love all my Apple products and I highly recommend it.

What hasn't been said about Apple's iPhone 5s? Its an amazing piece of technology that is a beauty to look, hold and use. People tend to complain about its size but I think its one of its strengths. I love how it feels on my hand while texting, calling, surfing web and checking email. All that and when its slips in my pocket it doesn't take much room. I tend to use it without a cover, I just love the way it feels and looks. BTW my family and I are practically happily married into the Apple eco-system (iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad, Apple TV and iPhone) we love what these products do, not to mention their sexy modern looks with quality detailed craftsmanship helps a bunch! Don't let the noise distract you from an honest opinion and give this phone a try! I believe you won't be disappointed.
