I finally upgraded my iPod for the latest 7th generation device with 256 GB of storage and I am glad I did. I was not thrilled about the price but I wanted a device that my sole purpose for owning it would be to store my mass amounts of music in one place. This device has so much storage I haven't even come close to max capacity. The device is small and fits nicely in my hand, does not lag and great quality. Device easily syncs up to my external speaker and with the Bluetooth in my vehicle. Great buy.

This was an upgrade from an older iPod touch with much less capacity. It's a pleasure to use. I have paired it with my AirPods Pro and can listen to audio books all over the house from one end to the other. Works great! Of course, it does a beautiful job of playing music which is what iPods were originally designed to do. I have owned many generations of iPods, and this one is not to be missed before they're gone.

Holds my collection of 7K Apple Lossless songs with room to spare. Wish it had a better DAC and headphone amp, but audiophiles are not their target market so I connect it externally via Lightning port to my Centrance HiFi Skyn (combination battery case, DAC and headphone amp) for the best sound. If you're not an audiophile with high end headphones, sound right from the headphone jack is good enough. Reliable and definitely faster than my gen 6 Ipod Touch.

I had multiple IPOD Classics for many years before my last one finally stopped working. I was very nervous that I wouldn't have a way to play my nearly 15000 songs other than on my laptop. I was able to transfer all my songs to the IPOD Touch very easily and it works great. The 256 GB of memory is nice too. I can also now use my Airpods with this IPODZ Touch which I could not do with my IPOD Classic. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought the iPod Touch 7th Gen - 256gb - to put my movies and music on. My fear is that they’ll do away with the iPod Touch in the future and I like having my entertainment on a separate device. My iPhone XS Max is 512gb, but if I watch a movie or two after going to bed, I’ll suck the juice up and for fear of a power outage or unforeseen emergency, I never want to compromise the power for entertainment purposes. My iPad and iPhone charge at night and the Touch charges by day. The size is perfect for my purchased movies which I really only need listen to for I know the scenes by heart. I’m asleep in no time.

Waited for ages until Apple finally released an Ipod with 256 GB of storage. I don't have an Iphone so the Itouch is exactly what I wanted. My Ipod Classic finally died; however, since it was only 128gb, I had run out of space and was at the point of deleting music off of it so this was a great upgrade. The only con I can say about it is that the Itouch has more bell and whistles than the Ipod and requires a little more figuring out the apps than the older models. Besides the additional storage, it does have camera and is wifi compatible. As an additional note, I did purchase a case and protective screen for it from a third party but would recommend the additional protection. If you don't have an Iphone, I would highly recommend.

I purchased this iPod to keep all of my music in one Physical place. Many times (running or camping) I do. It have access to my entire music library, but now I do. It is also a great back up device for your phone if it stops working and saves battery life for your phone if you use if for music consumption and podcasts. You can use it for all streaming services and it has plenty of memory. It’s not for everyone, but if you need a music dedicated device and don’t always have access to the cloud, this may be the device for you.

I'm one of the few people out there who loves to keep his music and movies separate from his phone. I usually have the same media (podcasts, music, movies) available on both my Samsung Galaxy 10+ and my Ipod Touch. I just prefer to use my Ipod for media primarily. I previously had a 4th generation with 64GB. Now with my new improved model with 256GB memory, I have plenty of room. Perfect for what I've always wanted. I especially love that it's the same size as previous models. I didn't need to purchase a new case. My old case fits perfectly. Now I'm not sure if I'd ever get an Iphone as I prefer android phones. But at least with this Ipod touch I can still get used to the IOS operating system. If your on the fence on this purchase, it's worth it. I'd done my research and had waited. Glad I did.

I love this ipod! So much memory to hold my music on! Listen to it at work and in the car all the time! Great product. Small too! And if I forget my phone I can use it as my phone. LOVE!

Really love it! Wish battery life was better. I bought this model to replace my old Gen 6 iPod, which is still kicking. Wanted more space and hoped it would mirror the things I liked or be a slight upgrade to my old one. Was very happy with a majority of features except the battery life. Besides the battery life being a disappointment, many of the songs I have on the Gen 6 that are not available in iTunes Store did Not transfer over successfully even after I subscribed to their multiple services in an attempt to retrieve my beloved music. I haven’t been successful as of yet in my quest. Apple, get it right and replace the batteries in ALL Gen 7 iPods for your loyal fans!

small, compact, durable. this Ipod Touch has shown to be everything i wanted and more. plenty of storage, probably more than I will ever need. easy to use.

I have owned lots of iPods, but this is my favorite. It holds all of my music and does so much more. I listen to audiobooks, watch a movie, check Facebook and the list goes on and on. I'm so happy to have it, because I use it every day. It's small size is also convenient for keeping in a pocket. I use mine with wireless ear buds and it works great. I would definitely buy again!

Happy Birthday 2 me! Got this for myself as a birthday present and have no regrets about it! Very useful! I use it every day, between listening to music, watching videos, checking my e-mail, reading the news, surfing the web, shopping list, check the weather forecast...and that's only the beginning! And thanks to some TOTALLY LEGAL maneuvering, between gift certificates, a coupon, a gift card, and saving my loose change, I was only out of pocket by TEN BUCKS. So yeah, I DEFINITELY got more than my money's worth!

The 256 GB of storage space is AMAZING! I have a ton of music/audio, movies and TV shows, so it's great to have all of the space. It also has great speed and audio quality! I've had mine for almost a month and I haven't had any technical issues with it. The only personal issue that I have with it is that some of the installed apps you cannot delete. I only intend to use my iPod as an mp3 player. So I have no need or interest in having the apps like Messages or Wallets on it. They're just unnecessary and, even if it's just a little bit, they take up space.

I needed an upgrade from my old iPod. Love that it has 238 gig storage for movies and music. It is much faster and easy to use. Love it!!!!

Couple of issues I had with my music listening lately, #1 my new car doesn't have a CD Player! #2 I have been wanting to replace the classic iPod I left on a plane last year. Someone between JFK and BNA now has a very nice collection of music! When I saw a new 256GB iPod I just had to jump on it, Connects via Bluetooth to my vehicle sound system and I no longer yearn for listening to a CD in my car. Love it!

After paying for an expensive Christmas, I was finally able gift myself this iPod which I had been eyeing for some time. I promptly freed up space in my iPad mini, which maxed out at 128gb. My iPod easily holds my entire music collection and all my photos. All this in a device small enough to fit in my pocket! Most satisfied with this!
