Very happy with this purchase. With it's 15-inch screen, Intel Core i7 processor and 8GB of RAM it's better than most and able to run my 64 camera capture software. With 1/2 terabyte of sold state hard drive space it has plenty of storage. The ONLY thing to know is it doesn't have a USB-3 port. Only several USB-2 and lightning ports. I didn't need USB-3 so it's the perfect laptop for me.

There are a few px in the screen that are a bit wonky but other than that the computer is great. A few of the keys had some glue type substance on it that was easy to take off. No scratches and no dents.

Ok laptop but the keys would get hot. This was a pre-owned and I believe refurbished before that so that may have contributed to its troubles. It would also freeze on some screens. I'm a new Apple user but this one convinced me to return to Windows so back it went to the store.

The third party folks selling this devices through BestBuy, did a bad job "refurbishing" the laptop. The screen came with a visible damage that could be seen right at booting up the computer and was also visible over a white background. Basically an area in the screen of approximately 0.5 x 1.5 inches had a lot of damaged pixels, pretty much it looked like a constellation. It get two stars because the laptop arrived in a week and because Best Buy customer service was very helpful.

As you can tell from the purchase date (08/19/2019) it hasn't taken long for his product to utterly disappoint me. I actually received it on the 21st, and these problems have been plaguing me all week, so it took about, what, a couple of days for this computer to fail? I know it can't have been anything I've done, since I've handled it with absolute care -- you can clearly tell there's no physical damage -- and I’ve only gone to two publicly safe websites (one being Youtube), so it can't be a virus. For some reason, this computer will only turn on for a couple of minutes before shutting off. I'll be using the editing app and the screen will just go go black. I can't be overloading it, since I literally have one thing open and this computer (supposedly) comes with a lot of space. I am so sad, because I put a lot of thought into the computer I wanted for school. I'm using this for my sophomore year of college, or was planning on using it. I was anxious I wouldn't receive it before school started, only for it to arrive in time for classes and be a heap of junk. This is a thousand dollar computer, on a big site like Big Buy. How can they let a computer that cost this much but can't even stand on its legs for more than two weeks in this ”legitimate site”. I wouldn't be so sad if it wasn't for the price tag, or the fact that I got so far in my editing project before the computer just started turning itself off every time I try to finish it. I put so much work into my editing project only to have to do it all over again. I'm very sad, and would highly suggest against buying this computer! Something that costs this much money shouldn't have such a short life. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Bought this for my daughter who is going to college. She loves the speed and functionality. Only drawback is no lightening cord receptor for iPhone 8-10 earbuds

It showed up and looked like new. It works great as well. I was hesitant that it would be dented but it's perfect.

Haven’t had my pre owned Mack book pro for too long. So far, so good. It’s serving it’s purpose well. No issues on any kind.

I wasn’t looking to spend $$$$$ on new MacBook. But needed an upgrade from my outdated iMac. This does the job. Macs rarely drop significantly in value. But overall, it’s a great MacBook.

the first ten minutes of using this laptop was great i was very happy with the price, it looked fine cosmetically but, then the screen started acting i thought it was an issue with the trackpad as it was the little mouse on the screen moving all around with out me touching the laptop but even when i plugged in a mouse there was still an issue so i will have to return it.

First Mac Pro ever bought, even though its used it works great. Still getting used to it coming from the HP side, but its been good so far

I personally use a MacBook Pro. This laptop I bought for one of our employees.

For the most part, this Mac worked very well for the past 3 years. I was approaching my sophomore year of college and needed an upgrade. I paid around $1200 for a used one and still believe this was overpriced considering its age in 2019. Also, I had to replace the battery twice.

The battery was useless out of the box. I initially plugged the computer in thinking that it just needed charging. I left it plugged in for a couple of days. Then I unplugged it to start entering my email information, load my Microsoft Office, and figure out why I couldn’t log into my iTunes account. Of course the computer would not power up without being plugged in. Upon plugging it in the battery indicated 59%....but I was also warned to “replace battery now”. I really like Best Buy. This the only issue I have ever had with them. I should say that the issue lies with the 3rd party that “refurbished” that computer. Best Buy needs to sever their association with that 3rd party. I had no problem with returning the computer to my local Best Buy store. The guy (Julian) at the Salem OR store made it nearly painless (thanks!). I didn’t get my whole $1199 back since the bundle that I purchased included a $30 antivirus program (that I didn’t want) for “free”.......”whatever”......and I got $20 off on a 1 year license for Microsoft Office. So I only lost $50 in this transaction. I got $1150 back on my American Express. BTW, the packaging was really sketchy too. The protective sleeve that cushioned the computer was ill fitting in the box...”sloppy”...and the power cord was coiled in an old zip lock sandwich bag.

I just bought the MacBook 15’’ and turned on, the machine started overheating and the stop sign showed on the screen, I take it to Apple in Brasil they said that the warranty has expired, now I’m far away with a broken machine, feeling down!
