After downloading two graphic softwares I use for work, the screen started shaking up and down in a glitchy way. I called apple support but they were not able to fix it so I returned it. It works fine just to watch videos but if you’re doing graphic work and have multiple softwares open at the same time I wouldn’t recommend it

The computer itself is great, if you don’t mind few dents on a body and adhesive visible on screen seam.

In good condition. Does do a glitch noise at times when clicking on applications to open them but not enough for it to really be an issue.

A month in and the only issue I am having is one of the letters on the keyboard tends to repeat on me at times. It's a five year old mac that appears to be in good to very good condition. It should serve me well for years to come.

Pros - Work perfectly without any issues.16 GB intel mac at a very good price. Cons: Comes with some low quality non mac charger. Keyboard design is one of the recall keyboard.

while the MacBook looks in really good shape, I did not realize that it would be as old as it is, very disappointing for the price I paid, I could have added a little and got a brand new one

This was refurbished. I returned it for a new one because Apple did not allow me to purchase a warranty because it was used. I though it was too expensive for me not to have a warranty

I absolutely love it!!! super fast and light weight, outstanding battery life!

Battery life deteriorated months after buying. The battery died and would not hold a charge at all after 18 months.

Laptop came looking pretty much brand new, however, the battery dies very quickly. It was also on the website as a 2019 model, but it’s actually a 2017 model.

This works great so far. I was a little skeptical at first being a refurbished product, but received it as if it was brand new and have peace of mind that it was Geek Squad certified.

The keyboard had an issue that caused it to repeat letters randomly. It would have been a 3 week repair. Fortunately, I was able to return it and buy something that works better for me.

Computer was great no issues and does wonders. I received this computer without a charger from Best Buy since I bought it used. Box was open and they said they checked it. So missing things does give you low stars

We ordered it for my son for college. When it got here he was locked out. The prior person's information was still on the computer. We took it to Geek Squad they were not able to unlock it and it would keep a charge for more than a few seconds. We returned it and ended up buying a new one.

Totally satisfied by the purchase product. It is almost like I forgot it was refurbished.
