Expensive and pricey, but it's super fast and has a really sleek design. Super thin, lightweight for me at just above 4lbs and the battery lasts really long (about 10 hours with lightweight tasks). I used this for programming and it's blazing fast. The extra RAM helps me run Windows using Parallels VM and I'm so glad I invested in it. Buy the extra RAM, you won't regret it. Last, but not least, the laptop is beautifully designed. Space gray for the win!

I love the large screen and the small bezels. I am coming from a Dell XPS 15 and am used to small bezels. I am enjoying the cam being on the top of the screen instead of below it. The machine is very well made. I am a Windows user and do find the MacOs a bit frustrating but I am sure I will get used to it. I also installed Windows 10 on my machine using Boot Camp. The only real problem with this machine is that it isn't expandable in any way. I had to pay more than I wanted because I didn't want to find a couple years from now that memory is a probelm as well as disk space. I knew this going in so not a real big ding, but it is a bit frustrating.

Bought in February 2021 and have had only one issue. The speaker crackles when playing audio at any volume, and this has been happening immediately after purchase. If you get AppleCare, make sure Best Buy actually registers it or you will be screwed when you need to use your coverage.

I bought a new Mac desktop computer and this particular laptop. It's honestly everything I've wanted and more in a laptop. The display is pristine (wish it was in UHD, but Apple doesn't have those displays yet...). I love the Apple OS for personal computers (despite myself being an Android phone user), and that's what steered me in buying this laptop over a PC, despite those being a fraction of the cost. I also wanted to future proof the purchase by buying a little more ram then I needed. My last MacBook Pro lasted me 7 years, and I'm hoping to have this one last as long. Oh, and the Space Gray is a beauty!

The only issue with this laptop is the price other than that it is great for me since I'm a programer which this products gives me 2 value. 1 ) I can use the apple software to program apple products such as the App Store. 2 ) This can also swing both ways because I can also use windows 10 software as well to program windows products.

I've had this MacBook for a few weeks now, having upgraded from a 2015 model and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. After all, you don't drop $3,500 on a computer every year. First, the best part is that this MacBook Pro has gone back to the always-reliable scissor-switch from 5 years ago, with an improved feel. Other than that, this laptop is FAST and POWERFUL for those of us who work with graphics and multimedia platforms. Second, this is definitely the best MacBook since 2015 and it delivers exactly what we Mac-lovers wanted on a 2020 model.

Blazingly fast and easy to set up. Had a data transfer issue from the old machine and Apple service spent almost an hour on the phone stepping me through the fix.

Physical Escape Key Very close in size to the 15. Incredibly fast, no thermal issues. It's a win/win

Very high configuration makes this MAC runs even faster. 8gb graphic card adds to virtual reality games and 4K videos. Price is too high but it’s worth it!

This Mac is truly amazing for creativity professionals. The CPU, GPU and RAM are great for content creation. A little expensive but that’s the Apple tax :)

The MacBook Pro i9 is an excellent choice if you don't need the full 64G ram and BestBuy had it at a great price point.
