The first time I got it it had problems but it got replaced! The second one came a bit dirty but it worked pretty good after I cleaned it and transferred my sim! My first purchase was a hassle to change though but it’s all good now

Good condition, everything works great and there were only slight issues I noticed. The batter is significantly degraded, I just thought it would’ve been replaced before being sent out and there was crud or something stuck on the edges of the phone and camera. But other than that things have been going smoothly as I set up my new phone! I will update if there’s any problems.

This is an awesome phone even in 2022 and doesn't really show its age. It is fast and should get updates for many years in the future. If you have more money a newer iPhone is a better choice.

My son loves this phone! We got this to go with Mint mobile for my son and it was such an easy set up. It works great with the Mint mobile, the camera is great, the audio on the calls is perfect, and the phone wa sin great condition. I love love love buying phones from Best Buy. It’s so easy and this is my third one and I have not been disappointed.

Great battery life and always such a sturdy reliable phone. I have a toddler and a baby and the thing is indestructible (with the right cover of course). It was used but it’s pretty much new!

The phone is in working condition. However, the screen is minorly damaged. It has a line running down the left side of the screen. For that reason alone, I wouldn't exactly call this "excellent" condition. Otherwise, the phone is great and looks new.

Overall, it works great. The only thing I notice that I don’t like it's after using it for a while you can see the previous tab in the background for a while and then it goes away. Another issue I noticed is it lags a little bit if overused/ heats up but that isn’t a huge issue for me because that rarely happens. Took off a star for the previous tab showing in the background of the Home Screen, Other than that good phone.
