Well so far so good. I was skeptical about buying a used phone, especially one that is a few generations from the latest model, but I can honestly say that I was wrong. The phone has performed marvelously and the massive storage is a great bonus for my personal needs. The overall appearance was impecable, almost like brand new. I cannot afford the latest model of this brand, especially working in the construction business, where I have damaged several other phones, putting a big sore spot on my wallet. I am overall happy with this purchase and will probably upgrade in the same fashion some time in the (hopefully) distant future.

I will never buy another refurbished product from BB. The worst mistake ever. I brought my momma a ph. was told to go to Apple for the insurance, only to find out Apple will not insure the ph. The ph gave us problem the first week of having it and 20 days later Apple said the speaker is going out.

I traded my i-phone in for this phone from best buy just because I needed more memory space and a larger screen but I have had nothing but problems with this phone. I could text and receive texts but if I try talking to someone they say they can't hear me. Best-buy say the issue is with my provider but I didn't have that issue with my old phone and my wife's does not have it either even though we use the same provider. They just need to accept they sold me a bad phone. They did try to clean the microphone but that didn't help. I 'm absolutely disappointed.

A little bit of scratches on sides but everything is good work an the batteries is 90% and the camera is great

This iphone 11 Pro Max with 256GB is just what I need. I am not having any issues with this phone. It has so may features.

Item is in good condition and no scratch at all. It only has a little issue with the battery life bit overall it’s good. My son loves his new phone.

I love both the physical size and the storage size. Battery is not the best on the planet but has not been a problem yet.

I purchased this exact phone. Upon receiving it I noticed my battery was only at 77%. Best Buy told me they only ship out 80% or better. So I had the extra 2 month plan. They would not replace battery. I spoke to Best Buy customer support and it was a waste of time. Their number is 1 888-237-8289. I asked for compensation…nothing! Just replace phone was all they would do but how am I to know what that will be. I can’t be out of a phone another week! Trust me… Best Buy will give you a bad buy. Don’t expect Best Buy to help you! It is an another broken trust!
