Normally when buying a used phone from other stores in “excellent” condtion there is going to be some signes of wear and tear. I counted maybe 3 scratches on the phone in total. Battery was in good health and so far is lasting the whole day with mild to heavy use. Defently trust bestbuys certified/refurbished electronics more than any other store. Extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Honestly pretty bad because of battery health

Which if you know anything about battery health, that means the phone is junk. And for a 100% mark up from the best buy trade in program these phones are most definitely from? Youd expect them to replace a $40 part…

But this was not a problem for me, as I only use it for making pictures. However after a few months it would be fully charged, but when I wanted to use it, it would be already dead.
